ÖVRIGT Håkan Stattin är president i European Association for Research on Adolescence (EARA). EARA är den enda ungdomsorganisationen i Europa. Man arbetar intimt samman med SRA, Society for Research on Adolescence, den amerikanska motsvarigheten till den europeiska associationen. EARA har medlemmar från ett trettiotal europeiska länder. Håkan Stattin är redaktör (associate editor) för International Journal of Behavioral Development och har fram till början av 2002 varit associate editor för the British Journal of Developmental Psychology. Flera i ämnet (Stattin, Kerr, Biesecker, Andershed) har varit reviewers för många olika internationella journaler under året. Nikolaus Koutakis blev invald som ledamot i Stiftelsen Mentors referensgrupp. Steven Linton är styrelsemedlem i International Association för the Study of Pain.
