Inget måste, men boka gärna in en träff med läraren för mer information. Hur är prövningen uppbyggd? 1. Du skriver ett Nationellt Prov med läs- och hörförståelse, en uppsats samt ett muntligt prov. Det tar ca 5 timmar. 2. Du skickar in en uppsats: A comparison between Sweden and an English speaking country. (Se sid 3) 3. A comparison between Sweden and the UK/the USA/Canada/ Australia/ New Zealand/ South Africa Choose only ONE English speaking country (English as official language) that you compare with. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of living in these countries. Talk about different aspects. For inspiration look at pp.122-124, 125-126, 277-282In Progress Gold B. To structure the essay, see p.142-143 and use the linking words, see p.147-. Do not write more than one page. Be sure to mention all the sources that you use (like Wikipedia, CIA World Factbook, titles of articles etc.) Use quotation marks when you copy text. Novel report, En 6 The novel report is both a written one and an oral one. 1. Choose one of the following for your written report: a) Article Imagine you are a journalist making an article about the things that happened in the novel, or that you meet one of the characters after the end of the story. Write the article with headline/s and picture/s. or b) Contrasts Summarize the plot and then write about the contrasts in the book and how they are woven into the story and what meaning they have. (Contrast can be adultschildren, peace- war, poor-rich, love- hate etc.) or c) Letters Write two letters, one from yourself to one of the characters in the book. You can imagine that you are a friend, relative or any other person that has an interest in what is happening. Let the character answer all your questions and give his/ her view on the matter. 2. Oral report Be prepared to tell us a summary of the plot and what you think about the book and its message. Choose one of the following books to read or talk to me if there is another book you would like to read. If I have read the book and the level of English is suitable, I might say yes to your request.
