You must answer ALL questions in Part A and Part B. 4. Answer Part A in ENGLISH and Part B in SWEDISH. 5. Part A (Questions 6 7) (0 marks) When judging performance in this part, the examiner(s) will take into account the extent to which the student demonstrates the capacity to: understand general and/or specific aspects of texts, by, for example, comparing, contrasting, summarising, or evaluating, and convey the information accurately and appropriately. 6. Read the text and then answer in ENGLISH the questions that follow.

QUESTIONS (a) What environmental issue is dealt with in this text? What measures are necessary to reverse the adverse effects? How does UNIK set out to achieve this? Marks 3 (b) Given the outstanding achievement by the students of Västkustskolan, explain why it represents a significant moment for the foundation Så ett Frö. 3 PLEASE TURN OVER

7. Read the text and then answer in ENGLISH the questions that follow. 4

QUESTIONS (a) Explain in two sentences how Uno Nord s own philosophy influenced how he built up the business UNIK. Marks (b) Select three characteristics of UNIK that have contributed to its success to date. 3 (c) Using the information from Texts 6 and 7, show how UNIK s main principles have extended beyond its showrooms. 10 5 PLEASE TURN OVER

Part B (Question 8) (10 marks) When judging performance in this part, the examiner(s) will take into account the extent to which the student demonstrates the capacity to: understand general and specific aspects of a text by identifying, analysing, and responding to information; convey information coherently (structure, sequence, accuracy and variety of vocabulary and sentence structure) and appropriately (relevance, use of conventions of the text type). 8. Read the text and then answer the question in SWEDISH on page 7. Hej kompis! Joey QUESTION Write a personal letter in Swedish to Joey in 150 00 words. Respond to the issues that Joey mentions in the postcard and advise Joey on what he should do in this situation.
