Project Linus is a 100% volunteer, nonprofit, national organization with a twofold mission. Donate new, homemade blankets to comfort children who are seriously ill or traumatized or otherwise in need of a gift of comfort or a hug. These blankets are generously crafted by volunteers. They are distributed by Project Linus to neighborhood hospitals, shelters, social service agencies and even police departments. In a effort to make this initiative a successful effort, we are asking all interested parties to drop off all blankets at the arragansett Community Center between 8:30am 4:30pm Monday through Friday. If you should have any questions, please contact Karen A.
