Purpose and goal developing and testing an alternative model for active rehabilitation with activitities preparatory for work that lead to occupation for people in social isolation strengthening of the individual with increased self-reliance through different group activities teaching of sustainable methods, that give the invidvidual tools to make changes on her/his own enabling the individual to come closer to working life via practice or social enterprising developing a new form of collaboration between the involved parties

Work practice Purpose to strengthen the participant s possibilities to get a job. Goal to provide occupational orientation, work practice or to keep and strengthen professional competence. SIUS- consultants guide the participants to practice.

w. 1-2 w. 3-6 w. 7 w. 16-21 w. 1-2: Team building w. 3-6: SIUS- consultant/process leader (Coompanion) maintains a dialogue with each participant. w. 7: Practice/social enterprising (Coompanion) is introduced. w. 16-21: Coopeartion meeting: Individual talks between participant, person in charge/officer, supervisor, SIUS- consultant or process leader (Coompanion) and possible doctor/therapist. Accompanying documentation is signed.
