Dator / IT / IKT / Internet För oss inom vård & omsorg är det frågan om verktyg, för IT-folk är det frågan karaktärsämne/-vetenskap. Här finns ett dilemma... Historisk utveckling av verktyget : Räknemaskin, bokningsverktyg, register Text, databaser och ritverktyg Bilder, ljud och video Kommunikation, brev och telefon Sociala och informativa nätverk och portaler Cyberspace... Stor verktygslåda, patienter/närstående och vi inom vården måste bestämma applikationen!!! 5

Bakgrund Stroke är vanligt och förekommer i alla åldrar Alla hjärnans funktioner kan skadas och måste utredas Rehabilitation är nästan alltid nödvändig och tar lång tid På sjukhus sköter man rehabiliteringen bra Träningen ska vara regelbunden och på max. kapacitet Rehabilitering/träning hemma fungerar inte alls bra Oftas håller man bara på två veckor och sedan lägger man av Det är jobbigt att åka till träningslokaler MR Kan VR/3D & haptisk bedömning och träning med telemedicinsk kommunikation HEMMA vara en engagerande/rolig och effektiv rehabilitering? 1. Individualiserad träning med serious games och andra engagerande aktiviteter ska användas! 2. Systemen ska vara billiga och enkla att använda! 3.
