2 AGI PUBLISHING HOUSE Since the start, back in 1971, AGI Publishing House has been the go-to news and knowledge source for the Scandinavian printing and publishing industry. Over the years, our coverage has grown, and now also includes 3dp, packaging and design. From the onset, our mission has always been to cover the latest and most relevant news for our growing readership. At the same time, AGI has been the preferred channel to reach decision makers and professionals in the industry. 34 Content marketing Content marketing selling by storytelling Content marketing is an advertising method for communicating on a deeper level with a target group. It s so much more than an internet banner. Here at AGI, we call it sponsored content, because that s what it is. You sponsor the content you want to publish, to a certain audience. A banner is an excellent way to expose your brand in a magazine or on a website. But content-wise, it doesn t give much room for communication. By using sponsored content, you can convey stories that are useful to the reader, whether it s a story about your customers, your products or your brand. Sponsored content can be a range of things articles, interviews, white papers, product presentations, video or webinar. It s all up to you to decide. But a general guide line is that the content should be useful to the reader and provide deeper knowledge for the reader. No , Norra Vallgatan 90, Malmö, applies the following terms and conditions for the purchase, sale and distribution of advertisements and advertising sites in digital media, print media, and events published or organized by AGI Publishing House. In the event that no other agreement has been reached, these terms apply. Deviations to these conditions must be stated in a separate agreement, or order confirmation. 1. Definitions Advertiser means the entity advertising the product or service that is the subject of the Advertisement. Buyer means the person placing the order with the Publisher for the Campaign, whether such person is the Advertiser or the Advertiser s advertising agency or media buyer. 2. Responsibilities of the advertiser 2.1 The advertiser must guarantee that the advertisement and any linked information do not violate intellectual property rights, copyright, or any other industrial, intellectual or commercial rights. The advertiser must also guarantee that the ad is in accordance with the laws of the country or countries in which it will be published. 2.2 The advertiser is responsible for providing the advertisement or agreed on material before stated deadlines. If the advertiser fails to do so, AGI cannot guarantee that the advertisement will be published. 2.3 AGI reserves the right to charge for any costs that may arise due to delivered ad or ad material not being compliant with the purchase order. Maximum charge will be equivalent to the value of the advertisement. 2.4 If the advertiser fails to deliver an advertisement or ad material before deadline, AGI reserves the right to charge for the advertisement. 4. Copyright for advertisements or artwork 4.1 The copyright for ad material, advertisements and artwork produced by AGI is owned by AGI unless another agreement has been made. In all other cases, copyright is owned by the advertiser. 5. Complaints and corrections 5.1 Any complaint due to error must be lodged no later than ten days after publication. 5.2 In case of errors on behalf of AGI, a replacement will be made. The publisher s responsibility will amount to the price of the advertisement. 6. Payment and conditions Unless otherwise agreed and stated in the purchase order, payment is due 20 days after the publication date. AGI reserves the right to charge in advance in case of a credit assessment. 7. Liability If either party is prevented from complying with any of the terms of an agreement by reason of fire, flood, storm, strike, lockout or other labor trouble, legislation, riot, war, rebellion, the affected provisions and/or other requirements of an agreement shall be suspended during the period of such disability. 3. Cancelling advertisement or ad space 3.1 When you cancel an ad or ad space, you will be charged 75% of the total amount. 38

In connection with the conferences, AGI grants sponsors and exhibitions to invited companies. These terms and conditions govern transactions between AGI and the exhibitor/sponsor. The terms are attached to the order confirmation for the current event. 2. Applicability of service 2:1 The applicability of the service may vary due to the nature of the event and the event venue. 2:2 By placing an order, the exhibitor/sponsor accepts the provided general terms and conditions of an event. 3. Sites 3:1 AGI is responsible for allocating the best possible exhibitor space for each exhibitor, and, together with the site owner, make sure that the site is available for building and designing the exhibitor stand and any other objects that have been agreed on. 3:2 AGI is responsible for making sure that electricity is available. It is not the organiser s responsibility to provide cables and connections. 3:3 Depending on venue, the range of services, peripherals and furniture may vary. By accepting the terms of an agreement, the exhibitor/sponsor accepts the conditions of the event venue. 4. Exhibitor/sponsor responsibilities 4:1 The exhibitor/sponsor is responsible for any transportation to and from the event site. 4:2 The exhibitor/sponsor is responsible for any necessary preparations before an event. 4:2 Any usage of the site owner s services not provided by AGI or stated in an agreement, is between the exhibitor/sponsor and the site owner and/or any third party. 4:3 The exhibitor/sponsor is required to observe and follow the general rules and safety regulations for the specific site. 5. Visitor information and personal data 5:1 AGI processes personal data in accordance with national and EU laws. 5:2 If an agreement has been made between an exhibitor/sponsor and AGI regarding the provision of visitor lists from AGI to an exhibitor/sponsor, then this will be done in accordance with applicable laws. 5:3 AGI will only provide data from visitors that have given their consent. Provision of visitor data is therefore only applicable to these visitors. 5:4 It is the responsibility of the receiver of data to process and handle these in accordance with current legislation 6. Exclusion and limitation of liability 6:1 AGI cannot be held responsible for exibitor/sponsor property during an event, nor transportation to and from site. 6:2 AGI also cannot be held responsible for damages due to technical failure, or any faults in the exhibitor space, or surrounding areas. 6:3 AGI s liability is limited to a maximum amount corresponding to the amounts due. 39
