Tidsåtgång: Två (2) dagar Kursbeskrivning: Vi diskuterar och limmar givare tillsammans. Strain Gauging Application and handling Place: JoR AB Knivsta Goal: Thorough presentation of the technology and handling Who should attend: Anyone working with strain gauging technologies Language: Swedish Prerequisites: No previous necessary Teacher: External Swedish teacher with long experience of the technology Time spent: Two (2) days Course overview: We discuss and glue gauges together. BIOPAC - Physiological Research Systems JoR AB has the opportunity to arrange a much requested seminar/training with focus on BIOPAC research systems. The teacher is Alex Dimov från BIOPAC and the training will be held in english at JoR AB office. The seminar is decomposed in two days, the first day is basic overview and introduction to the BIOPAC research systems. This may be good both for new users, and current users that wish to get a fresh overview of all possibilities with the BIOPAC system. The second day is an advanced seminar, that covers in depth details on specific topics of data analysis on request from the participant. Due to the nature of this, each participant should present to the teacher, a couple of weeks before the seminar what they want to work on, and if possible email a sample data file from their work and describe their research. Then the teacher will help each participant in parallell on their individual questions and analysis. This is a perfect opportunity to raise advanced questions, in particular in relation to analysis of data. You are encouraged to bring your own real data to the training and ask the teacher for help on your specific data. Agenda Day 1 - Basic training of BIOPAC research system. 09:00 18:00 1. Agenda Day 2 - Advanced training 09:00 18:00 Individualized training, based on each participants research and data. The idea here is to take the opportunity to ask

individual questions. For this you definitely need your own laptop with AcqKnowledge. For the second day, it's important that each participant generates some of their own questions, and describes their research, ideally with sample data files, and sends them to jor@jor.se a couple of weeks or so before the training so that Alex Dimov at BIOPAC can prepare an individual training for each participant depending on what you work with. There will be a break for lunch and in the morning and the afternoon there will also be legstretcher/coffee breaks interjected into the scheduele.
