AIP SVERIGE/SWEDEN 25 JUN 2015 ENR 1.6-1 1.6 ATS övervakningstjänster och förfaranden 1.6 ATS surveillance services and procedures 1 Allmänt 1 General 1.1 Övervakningstjänst utövas av nedanstående flygkontrollenheter: Enheter Samtliga ACC, TMC och TWR med undantag av Kiruna TWR har tillgång till radar. Anm. Övervakningstjänst utövas endast när flygplatskontrolltjänsten så medger. Vektorering utförs endast undantagsvis. Lufartyg informeras inte rutinmässigt om att det har radaridentifierats. 1.2 Nedanstående flygplatser är utrustade med PAR, godkänd för civilt bruk: 1.1 ATS surveillance service is provided by the ATC units listed below: Units All ACC, TMC and TWR s have access to radar with exception of Kiruna TWR Note. ATS surveillance service is provided only when permitted by the aerodrome control service work-load. Vectoring provided exceptionally. Ett radarsystem med tillräcklig upplösning i både azimut och räckvidd samt med uppdatering var 5 sekund eller tätare skall användas i kombination med ändamålsenlig övervakningsutrustning. Flygledaren ska kunna visuellt eller med hjälp av markrörelseradar (SMR) eller markövervakningssystem SMGCS övervaka aktuell bana och anslutande delar av taxibanor. Det framförvarande lufartyget ska vara av samma eller lägre turbulenskategori som bakomvarande. Lufartyg som räknas till turbulenskategori H eller J får inte vara framförvarande lufartyg. b) 3 NM eller 5 NM mellan identifierade lufartyg, beroende på avståndet från radarantennens uppställningsplats. 2.2.1 Unless a greater separation is applicable in accordance with turbulent wake conditions the following separation minima are applied: a) 2,5 NM on certain airports during final approach and during following conditions; The average runway occupancy time of landing aircra is proven, by means such as data collection and statistical analysis and methods based on a theoretical model, not to exceed 50 seconds; Braking action is reported as GOOD and runway occupancy times are not adversely affected by runway contaminants such as slush, snow or ice; A radar system with appropriate azimuth and range resolution and an update rate of 5 seconds or less is used in combination with suitable radar displays; The aerodrome controller is able to observe, visually or by means of surface movement radar (SMR) or a surface movement guidance and control system (SMGCS), the runway-in-use and associated exit and entry taxiways; The preceding aircra shall be of the same or lower turbulence category from aircra operation directly behind.
