Regelkrav M.A.706(f): The organisation shall have sufficient appropriately qualified staff for the expected work. Organisationen skall ha tillräcklig personal med lämpliga kvalifikationer för det förväntade arbetet. 5
AMC M.A.706 ( rakt upp och ner ) 3 - To enable the approving competent authority to accept the number of persons and their qualifications, an organisation should make an analysis of the tasks to be performed, the way in which it intends to divide and/or combine these tasks, indicate how it intends to assign responsibilities and establish the number of man/hours and the qualifications needed to perform the tasks. With significant changes in the aspects relevant to the number and qualifications of persons needed, this analysis should be updated. 7

Övrigt: I CAME 0.3.e.1 (Manpower resources) ska en referens till analysen finnas. Analysen behöver ej finnas i CAME n, men ska kunna redovisas. Analysen ska justeras vid betydande förändringar. (Rutin i CAME) TS kan begära in analysen vid utökningar. (och tillhörande revision av Manpower resources). Analysen bör sparas i minst 5 år. (AMC1 ORO.GEN.220(b)) 11
