Glass Bottles 11 INJEKTIONSFLASKOR Rörglasflaskor av borosilikatglas en!. hydrolytisk klass 1 bruna eller klara, tillverkas i överensstämmelse med de globalt accepterade ISO-standarderna 4802-1 och 4802-2, har en oöverträffad hydrolytisk resistens. Deras utmärkta ytresistens minimerar utan efterbehandling växelverkan mellan behållare och preparat. Därmed är de förstklassiga behållare för fasta och flytande produkter. Flaskorna produceras till dimensioner och storlekar enligt ISO-standarden 8362-1. Samtliga produkter produceras inom snäva toleranser och flaskornas plana botten, jämna godstjocklek liksom deras låga vikt gör dem speciellt lämpade för frystorkning. Alla flaskor i dessa storlekar kan levereras både i brunt och klart glas. Silkscreentryck med keramisk inbränd färg är möjlig, likaså invändig silikonisering av flaskorna. Tillverkning sker i vertikal-matade produktionsmaskiner som är utrustade med optoelektroniska kontrollsystem. Alla funktionella mått kontrolleras till 100 %. Efter avspänningsugnen förpackas flaskorna i renrum under LAFflöde i krympfilmade PP-korrugerade tråg eller PE-film. INJECTION VIALS Vials made from clear or amber glass tubing with Class 1 hydrolytic resistance, meeting ISO standards 4802-1 and 4802-2, offer unsurpassed hydrolytic re-sistance. Their inert inner surface minimises interaction between drug and glass, without any further treatment, making them first class containers for both liquid and solid pharmaceutical products. The vials are produced according to ISO 8362-1. Their dose manufacturing tolerances, as well as their flat bottoms, make them the preferred container for lyophilisation. All vials with these dimensions are available in dear or amber glass. Silkscreen printing as well as internal siliconisation is possible. The vials are produced on vertically-fed production machines which are equipped with optoelectronic controlsystems. These control all functional dimensions to 100%. The vials are then packed under dean-room conditions in air-tight, welded, PP-corrugated, reinforced MG-tray-packs or shrinked PE-film. 12 Glass Bottles RÖRGLASFLASKOR MED GÄNGA Flaskor för skruvlock enligt DIN 58378 form AR med gänga enligt DIN168 levereras som standard tillverkade av rörglas hydrolytisk klass 1, klara eller bruna. Andra glastyper levereras på förfrågan. HYDROLYTISKA KLASSER Farmakopeerna definierar den hydralytiska resistensen hos glas som frigörande av glasets vattenlösliga beståndsdelar vid kontakt med vatten under definierade förhållanden. Efter autoklavering bestäms vattnets alkalitet genom titrering eller flamfotometri. SCREWNECK VIALS Threaded vials, which meet DIN 58 378 form AR with rounded thread to DIN 168, are made as standard in both c1ear and amber, hydrolytic Class 1 glass tubing. Other types of glass are available on request. HYDROLYTIC CLASSES The hydralytic resistance of glass is defined by the Pharmacopoeia as the rate of solution of the water-soluble components of the glass into the water during contact under defined conditions. After autoclaving the alkalinity is analysed by titration or flame photometry. Den europeiska farmakopen specificerar att glaset bara får användas för vattenfria och pulverformiga injektionspreparat. Klass 3 skall före användning torrsteriliseras. There are three hydrolytic classes for containers of tubular glass. CLASS I: Neutral or borasilicate glass. This is suitable for acidic, neutral and alkaline solutions, with compatibility testing recommended for the latter (alkaline solutions). This type of glass can be autoclaved before or after filling. CLASS II glass is not described here because it is a posttreated soda-lime glass which is not used for tubing. CLASS III: Soda-lime glass with average hydralytic resistance. USP 23 permits the use of this glass for parenteraiia only after specific stability testing. The European Pharmacopoeia specifies that it is used only for water-free or powdery injectables. Den neutrala invändiga glasytan avger inga ämnen till preparatet och de efter fyllningen gastäta ampullerna ger en lång hållbarhetstid. Ampullerna produceras för olika öppningstekniker. I standard levererar vi ampullerna i form 8 (öppna) resp. form D (slutna) med vit brytring. Också OPC - (One-Point-Cut) ampuller tillverkas. liksom ampuller med andra färger på brytring och OPC-punkt. Ampullerna tillverkas i enlighet med ISO 9187 part 1: Ampoules for injectables respektive ISO 9187 part 2: Onepoint-cut (OPC) Ampoules. De av oss levererade ampullerna produceras i modernaste anläggningar och kontrolleras till 100% i optoelektroniska kontrollsystem, vilket garanterar jämn kvalitet och snäva toleransvärden för brytkrafterna. AMPOULES Open and closed ampoules of clear and amber glass are used by the pharmaceutical industry as containers for liquid injectables. The inert surface of the glass does not contaminate the drug and the hermetically sealed ampoule guarantees a long and stable shelf-life for the preparation. It is the opening technique which characterises the type of ampoule used. Both standard forms (8 and D - see diagram below) are supplied with a white break-ring indication. Other colours or OPC ampoules are available on request. The ampoules are produced according to 1509187 part 1: Ampoules for injectables and ISO 9187 part 2: One-pointcut (OPC) Ampoules. All ampoules are produced on the most modern machines which are controlled 100 % by opto-electronic control systems. These in-line controls guarantee consistent quality and close tolerances of the opening break force required. 18 RUBBER Stoppers TEKNISKA DATA TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION Adsorption: Då proppen som är FluroTec -belagd praktiskt taget förhindrar all adsorption är den väl lämpad för mindre volymer eller låga koncentrationer. Kompatibilitet: FluroTec -filmen ger en effektiv barriär mellan propp och preparat och eliminerar kontaminering från gummiproppen. Silikonisering: Laminering med FluroTec ger utmärkta glidegenskaper vilket gör att propparna inte fastnar i varandra under produktion. Detta minskar behovet av silikonisering. They are widely used within healthcare, where usually no aids are available to open them. This leads to the risk of nursing staff suffering cuts on their hands when they open and handle ampoules.
