Safety Notes The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code: blue neutral and brown live. As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this unit may not correspond to the coloured marking identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows: The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black. The Power Tool is for indoor use only. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Disconnect battery pack from the power tool or place the main switch in the locked off position before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing the power tool. Such preventative safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally. 2. Use clamps or another practical way to secure and support the work piece to a stable platform. Holding the work by hand or against your body is unstable and may lead to a loss of control. 3. Maintain / clean power tools with care 4. Use only accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model. Accessories that may be suitable for one power tool may create a risk of injury when used on another power tool. CHARGER AND BATTERY PACK SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Caution: To reduce risk of injury, charge only specifi c type rechargeable battery packs. Other types of battery packs may burst causing personal injury and damage. 2. Before using the charger, read all instructions and cautionary markings on battery packs and chargers.

6 3. Do not expose charger to rain or snow. 4. To reduce the risk of damage to electric plug and cord, pull by plug rather than cable when disconnecting charger. Use of an attachment not recommended or sold by the charger manufacture may result in a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. 5. Make sure cable is located so that it will not be stepped on, tripped on, tripped over, or otherwise subjected to damage or stress. 6. Do not operate charger with damaged cord or plug. Replace them immediately. 7. Do not operate charger if it has received a sharp blow, been dropped, or otherwise damaged in any way, take it to qualified centre. 8. To reduce risk of electric shock, unplug charger from outlet before attempting any maintenance or cleaning. Turning off controls will not reduce this risk. 9. Do not disassemble charger or battery pack, take it to a qualified service centre. Incorrect reassembling may result in a risk of electric shock or fire. 10. Do not charge battery pack when temperature is below 10 C (50 F) SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Do not attempt to use a set-up transformer, an engine generator or DC power receptacle. 2. Do not allow anything to cover or clog the charger vents. 3. Always cover the battery pack terminals with the battery pack cover when the battery pack is not used. 4. Do not short the battery pack. 5. Do not touch the terminals with any conductive material. 6. Avoid storing the battery pack in a container with other metal objects such as nails, coins, etc. 7. Do not expose the battery pack to water or rain, A battery pack short can use large current flow, overheating, possible burns and even a breakdown. 8. Do not store the power tool and battery pack in locations where the temperature may reach or exceed 50 C (122 F) 9. Do not incinerate the battery pack even if it is severely damaged or completely worn out. The battery pack can explode in a fire. 10. Be careful, do not drop, shake or strike battery pack. 11. Do not charge inside a box or container of any kind. The battery pack must be placed in a well ventilated area during charging. 12. Do not leave batteries unused for extended period of time. Recharge the battery every 3~6 months and bring Li-Ion battery to minimum 40~80% charge level before storage charge for approximately 30 minutes. 13. Li-Ion batteries are sensitive to high temperature and should be kept in a cool, dry and out of direct light exposure. Ideal temperature for operation and storage is below 77 F. 14. For extension of the battery lifetime, the lithium-ion battery is designed with protection function to stop the output. In the cases described below, when using this product, even if you

7 are pulling the switch, the motor may stop. This is not malfunction but the result of protection function. When the battery power remaining runs out, the motor stops. If the power tool is overloaded, the motor may stop. In this case, release the switch of the power tool and eliminate causes of overloading. After that you can use it again. If the battery is overheated under overload work, the battery power may stop. In this case stop using the battery and let the battery cool. After that you can use it again. 15. This product is designed with low voltage protection, which prevents the power tool from over discharging and prolong battery s life. CHARGING - Section 1 WARNING! Ensure to charge the battery for at least 1 hour before operation. Plug the charger into the mains outlet socket (230v) the red light with illuminate showing mains supply. The charger is now ready to insert the battery. When you charge a new battery pack or a battery pack which has not been used for a long period, it may not accept a full charge. This is a normal condition and does not indicate a problem. You can recharge the battery pack fully after discharging it completely a couple of times. Unplug the charger from the power source after the charge is complete. Please remove the battery from the unplugged charger for storage. Charger is to be plugged into a 230v a.c outlet only. If the battery pack is too hot or too cold, the charger will not fast charge the battery pack and the red Indicator light will blink. when the battery pack temperature returns to between 0 C and 50 C, The charger will automatically begin charging. If both red and green indicator lights are ON the battery pack either does not comply or is defective. Please contact your retailer. Do not use a generator for charging the battery pack.

8 INSERTING / REMOVING BATTERY PACK - Section 2 Always switch off the power tool and lock the trigger before inserting or removing the battery pack. To remove the battery pack push the buttons on the battery pack and pull the power tool unit from the battery pack. Insert the battery pack into the charger. The green LED will fl ash when charging. After 1 hour the green LED will become stable showing the battery is fully charged. 1. Mains on (insert the battery) 2. Charging (green LED will fl ash) 3. Fully Charged WARNING! Do not force the battery pack when sliding it into the power tool unit. If the battery pack does not slide in easily it is not being inserted correctly.

9 DRILL DRIVER - Section 2 QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE INSERTING DRILLS / DRIVER BITS Lock off the trigger and remove the battery before continuing.(central position of forward / reverse switch). To fi t the drill / driver bits into the keyless chuck open the jaws by turning the chuck clockwise. Insert the drill / driver bits and tighten by turning the chuck anti-clockwise to fully tighten. (*bits not supplied) WARNING! Ensure the trigger in the locked position before changing any accessories.

10 VARIABLE SPEED / TORQUE SETTINGS / DIRECTION OF ROTATION Select the desired speed setting 1 or 2 the speed within these setting determined by the amount of force on the trigger. Select the desired direction of rotation forward or reverse by depressing the switch as shown below: Select the desired torque setting where repeat operations are carried out. i.e. sinking of screws into wood work. For Drilling select the Drill Position. When the trigger is depressed the LED light with automatically illuminate.

11 USE AND CARE POWER TOOL USE AND CARE Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct use of power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired. Disconnect the plug from the power source and /or the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustment, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool starting the power tool accidentally. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tool s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control. Use the power tools, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation. BATTERY USE AND CARE Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of ifire when used with another battery pack. Use power tools only with specifically designed battery packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery avoid contact. If contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns. MAINTENANCE GENERAL MAINTENANCE Keep your tool, battery pack and charger in good repair by adopting a regular maintenance program. It is essential to keep the tool clean, remove dust or debris after each use, pay particular attention to the ventilation slots. Clean the housing with a soft cloth moistened with soapy water, do not use solvents such as: Petrol, Alcohol, ammonia, etc. such as; Petrol, Alcohol, ammonia, etc...

12 Ingress of dust and dirt can stop the chuck and switches operating blow out with compressed air periodically and lightly lubricate with contact spray. WARNING! To reduce the risk of personal injury and damage. Never immerse your power tool, battery pack or charger in liquid or allow a liquid to flow inside them. WARNING! 14 ANVÄNDNING LADDNING - Avsnitt 1 Anslut laddaren till vägguttaget (230 V). Den röda indikatorlampan indikerar nätspänning. Du kan nu sätta i batteriet i batteriladdaren. LADDA BATTERIET - VARNING! När du laddar ett nytt batteri, eller ett batteri som inte har använts under en längre tid, kan det inte laddas helt. Detta är helt normalt, och inte något tecken på fel. Du kan ladda batteriet helt efter det att du har låtit det ladda ur fullständigt ett par gånger. Koppla bort laddaren från strömkällan när batteriet har laddat klart. Ta bort batteriet från den urkopplade laddaren och lägg undan det för förvaring. Laddaren får enbart anslutas till ett 230 V växelströmsuttag. Om batteriet är för varmt eller för kallt sker ingen laddning och den röda indikatorlampan blinkar. Så snart batteriets temperatur åter ligger mellan 0 och 50 C återupptas laddningen automatiskt. Om både den röda och den gröna indikatorlampan lyser, betyder det antingen att batteriet är av fel typ eller att det är något fel på batteriet. Kontakta återförsäljaren. Använd aldrig någon generator för att ladda batteriet. SÄTTA I/TA BORT BATTERIET - Avsnitt 2 Stäng alltid av verktyget och spärra strömbrytaren innan du sätter i eller tar ut batteriet. När du ska ta bort batteriet trycker du in knapparna på batteriet och drar isär maskinen och batteriet från varandra. Sätt i batteriet i laddaren. Den gröna LED-indikatorn blinkar under laddningen. Efter en timma lyser LED-indikatorn med ett fast sken, vilket visar att batteriet är fulladdat.

Se till att ladda batteriet i minst en timma innan verktyget ska användas. VARNING! Försök inte att pressa in batteriet i verktyget med yttre kraft. Om batteriet inte glider in obehindrat i verktyget så sätter du inte in det på korrekt sätt.

16 SKRUVDRAGARE SNABBGUIDE SÄTTA I BORRAR/ SKRUVBITSAR Lås strömbrytaren och ta bort batteriet innan du fortsätter. (omkopplare för höger-/vänstergång i mittläge). För att kunna föra in borrarna/bitsen i den nyckellösa chucken måste du öppna spännbackarna genom att vrida chucken medurs. Sätt i borren/bitsen och dra åt genom att vrida chucken moturs så hårt det går. (*bits medföljer inte) VARNING! Kontrollera att strömbrytaren är i låst position innan du byter några tillbehör.

17 VARIABEL HASTIGHET/VRIDMOMENTSINSTÄLLNINGAR/ROTATIONSRIKTNING Välj önskad hastighetsintervall 1 eller 2. Hastigheten inom dessa intervall reglerar du genom hur hårt du trycker in den variabla hastighetskontrollen. Välj önskad rotationsriktning genom att trycka ned omkopplaren så som visas till höger. Välj önskat vridmoment för repetitiva arbetsmoment, t.ex. att skruva in skruvar i trä. Om du ska borra väljer du borrningsinställningen. När du trycker in strömbrytaren/hastighetskontrollen tänds LED-lampan automatiskt.

18 ANVÄNDNING OCH UNDERHÅLL ANVÄNDNING OCH UNDERHÅLL AV VERKTYG ANVÄNDNING OCH UNDERHÅLL AV BATTERI Utsätt inte verktyget för onödig kraft. Använd rätt tillbehör för respektive arbetsuppgift. Med rätt tillbehör inställt på rätt hastighet utför du arbetet på bästa och säkraste sätt. Använd inte tillbehöret om du inte kan använda strömbrytaren för att sätta på och stänga av det. Alla tillbehör som du inte kan kontrollera med strömbrytaren är farliga och måste repareras. Dra ur kontakten ur eluttaget och/eller batteriet ur verktyget innan du gör några justeringar, byter tillbehör eller lägger undan verktyget för förvaring. Med sådana preventiva åtgärder minimerar du risken för att starta verktyget av misstag. Förvara alltid elverktyg utom räckhåll för barn och låt inte verktyget hanteras av personer som är ovana vid det eller inte har läst dessa instruktioner. UNDERHÅLL ALLMÄNT UNDERHÅLL Håll verktyg, batteri och laddare i gott skick genom att underhålla dem regelbundet. Det är viktigt att du håller verktyget rent och tar bort damm och smuts varje gång du använt det. Var särskilt noga med ventilationsöppningarna. Rengör höljet med en mjuk trasa fuktad med tvål och vatten. Använd inte lösningsmedel som bensin, alkohol, ammoniak osv.

22 BRUK LADING Avsnitt 1 Koble laderen til strømuttaket (230 V). Den røde indikatorlampen indikerer nettspenning. Du kan nå sette batteriet i batteriladeren. LADE BATTERIET ADVARSEL! Når du lader et nytt batteri eller et batteri som ikke har vært brukt på en lang stund, kan det ikke lades helt. Dette er helt normalt og ikke noe tegn på feil. Du kan lade batteriet helt når du har latt det lade helt ut et par ganger. Koble laderen fra strømkilden når batteriet er ladet ferdig. Ta batteriet ut av den frakoblede laderen, og legg det til oppbevaring. Laderen må bare kobles til et 230 V vekselstrømsuttak. Hvis batteriet er for varmt eller for kaldt, vil det ikke lades, og den røde indikatorlampen blinker. Så snart batteriets temperatur igjen ligger mellom 0 og 50 C, gjenopptas ladingen automatisk. Hvis både den røde og grønne indikatorlampen lyser, betyr det enten at batteriet er av feil type eller at det er en feil på batteriet. Ta kontakt med forhandleren. Sett inn boret/bitsen, og trekk til ved å vri chucken moturs så hardt det går. (*bits er ikke inkludert) ADVARSEL! Kontroller at strømbryteren er i låst posisjon før du bytter tilbehør.

25 VARIABEL HASTIGHET/DREIEMOMENTINNSTILLINGER/ROTASJONSRETNING Velg ønsket hastighetsintervall 1 eller 2. Hastigheten innen disse intervallene regulerer du alt etter hvor hardt du trykker inn den variable hastighetskontrollen. Velg ønsket rotasjonsretning ved å trykke inn omkobleren, som vist til høyre. Velg ønsket dreiemoment for repeterende arbeidsoppgaver, f.eks. å skru inn skruer i tre. Hvis du skal bore, velger du boreinnstillingen. Når du trykker inn strømbryteren/hastighetskontrollen, slås LED-lampen automatisk på.

26 BRUK OG VEDLIKEHOLD BRUK OG VEDLIKEHOLD AV VERKTØY BRUK OG VEDLIKEHOLD AV BATTERI Utsett ikke verktøyet for unødvendig kraft. Bruk riktig tilbehør for den aktuelle arbeidsoppgaven. Med riktig tilbehør stilt inn på riktig hastighet utfører du arbeidet på beste og sikreste måte. Bruk ikke tilbehøret hvis du ikke kan bruke strømbryteren til å slå det av og på. Alt tilbehør som du ikke kan kontrollere med strømbryteren, er farlig og må repareres. Dra støpselet ut av stikkontakten og/eller batteriet ut av verktøyet før du utfører justeringer, bytter tilbehør eller setter verktøyet til oppbevaring. Med slike forebyggende tiltak reduserer du faren for å starte verktøyet utilsiktet. Oppbevar alltid elverktøy utilgjengelig for barn, og la ikke verktøyet bli håndtert av personer som ikke er fortrolig med det eller som ikke har lest disse instruksjonene. Det er forbundet med fare å la uerfarne personer håndtere verktøyet. Vedlikehold verktøyet. 27 VEDLIKEHOLD GENERELT VEDLIKEHOLD Hold verktøy, batteri og lader i god stand gjennom regelmessig vedlikehold. Det er viktig at du holder verktøyet rent og fjerner støv og skitt hver gang du har brukt det. Vær spesielt nøye med lufteåpningene. Rengjør huset med en myk klut fuktet med såpe og vann. Bruk ikke løsemidler som bensin, alkohol, ammoniakk, osv. Støv og skitt kan få chucken og bryterne til å sette seg fast. Rengjør derfor verktøyet regelmessig med trykkluft, og smør komponentene lett med kontaktspray. ADVARSEL!
