Q: Finns en plats för ett kärntekniskt centrum i Sverige och vilken roll ska det i så fall ha? A: Ja. Främst samordnad forskning, men även studentaktiviteter, fortbildning, kommunikation. Gärna nationell samordning. Q: Hur ser en hållbar finansieringsmodell för SNEC ut? A: SNEC-OH på forskningsprojekt
Education (Nuclear Science and Technology) Headed by Anders Nordlund with Teodora Retegan as vice head A very broad Master covering clear tracks in physics, chemistry and materials The number of students in the program has increased this year but still modest 3x as many students taking courses as elective courses Some issues with employment for physics students while chemists and material specialists have it easier. Need for a more academic focus in the education as well as more visibility for bachelor students
