Rosengrens Vertical III 23"/ En timmes brandskydd av dokument Rosengrens Vertical III är en serie extremt lätta vertikalskåp som brandskyddar dina dokument. Skåpens konstruktion ger styrka och stabilitet och varje låda har separat isolering och separata dokumentstöd, vilka ger maximalt utnyttjande. Modell fi nns med 2, 3 eller 4 lådor och modell 23" med 2 eller 4 lådor. Serien innehåller modeller för förvaring av dokument i A4- eller folio-format i hängmappar. Om skåpet utsätts för brand och en av lådorna lämnats öppen ska innehållet i de stängda lådorna fortfarande vara helt skyddade. Lås: Vertical III-serien erbjuder en mängd olika låsalternativ. Rosengrens Lateral III 32'' Två timmars brandskydd av dokument Rosengrens Lateral III är en serie utrymmesbesparande dokumentskåp för förvaring av hängmappar i A4-format. Lateral III är mycket smalare än standardskåp och passar därför i kontor med ont om utrymme. Hängmappar kan ordnas i sidled eller vertikalt inuti lådor och varje låda kan lagra över 73* mappar. Samtliga skåpmodeller har testats och certifierats för två timmars brandskydd av pappersdokument. Product features: Canopus in both 25 and 31 depths provides a highly flexible storage capacity. The cabinet in 25 depth is available with 2 or 4 drawers, and the cabinet in 31 depth with 2, 3 or 4 drawers. The total available internal height of each drawer is 291mm, which is unique and makes them suitable for all types of file on the world market. The full-height sides of the drawers also make them very stable even when they are fully loaded. Each drawer has a steel-lined inner body which protects the contents from insulation dust. No unauthorised person can access anything in a locked drawer via an open drawer, as there is a separate barrier of insulation material between each drawer. This insulation material also protects the contents in each drawer independently from fire. Storage features In each drawer there are additional suspension bars as a standard feature, which can easily be mounted to reduce the width to suit A4 files. The cabinets include 3 dividers per drawer as standard for increased storage possibilities, and each drawer has slots in the bottom plate for flexible placement of the dividers. Locks: Rosengrens can offer high-quality locking possibilities and configurations for all needs as standard. The cabinets can be equipped with a central key lock as single locking or as dual central locking, also with a mechanical combination lock. Fire Testing Procedure In order to obtain certification, CRP 42 has passed fire endurance, thermal shock and impact tests. CRP 42 has proved its exceptional fire resistance in accordance with the EN 1047-1 standard. Exposed to flames hotter than 1000 C during the testing procedure, CRP 42 successfully protected paper documents which, without protection, cannot survive temperatures more than 170 C. the S 60 P test. After being removed from the oven, the cabinet is raised 9.15 metres from the ground and dropped onto a bed of pebbles. Then, after a 20-minute period of natural cooling, the cabinet is placed back inside the furnace for an additional period of heat exposure, this time at a temperature of 840 C. The final cooling period is the same as that for the fire endurance test. CRP 42 Fire Endurance Test CRP 42 is placed in an oven and heated for one hour (corresponding to S 60 P) or two hours (for S 120 P) in accordance with the international time temperature curve. After having been heated, the cooling period begins. From the moment the burners have stopped and the temperature in the cabinet starts to fall, the cooling period is a minimum of 12 hours for S 120 P and one hour for S 60 P. Thermal Shock and Impact Test First the oven is heated to 1090 C and a new cabinet is placed inside for exposure to the extreme heat. The oven is heated to 1090 C for 45 minutes for the S 120 P test and 22.5 minutes for Test Verification Once tested, products are analysed by the test laboratory in order to verify that they correspond to the technical drawings delivered prior to the test.
