Preparatory guidelines A common association must be characterized by strong regional and local anchoring. The formation of the new association shall consider the different sizes of the member companies. A common fee model for membership and service fees shall be implemented. Current members must be retained. The attraction to recruit new members will increase. The association will be organized in a way that other installation sectors can become members. The cost of membership will generally be lower. When forming an association one should take into account the relative size between the current associations.
Strategic issues to prepare in working groups 1) Organization & Local Influence 2) Fee model 3) Legal form 4) Management of capital 5) Collective agreement 6) Anchoring among members Working groups with principals and officials from the office are formed in order to prepare the above
