4.5. Evaluation and Certification concept Sweden as a member state and Frame work Nation (FN) answers to the EU in the development and certification of the NBG 15. The detailed standards, tasks and elements against which the NBG 15 is to be evaluated to, as well as the working processes for conducting the actual evaluation, must be drawn mainly from the EU Battlegroup Concept and EU Capability Codes and Statements (EU CCS) 2012. However, bearing in mind the EU s decision to use NATO standards and methods, the NATO Task List 3.0 (NTL 3.0) and relevant volumes of the Allied Command Operations Forces Standards (ACO Forces Standards) will be used to simplify the evaluation and certification of the NBG. The above mentioned documents do not exclude specific national requirements and documents which may be required to be added. For further details regarding evaluation and certification, please see Annex I. (Source Main Body to NBG 15 Requirements and Specifications page 14)
