Assisting in the recruitment and retention of Teacher Mentors and Cadre Members. B. Assisting TMs in completion of 100 hours of professional development by July 31, 201. C. Assisting TMs in mentoring/training of CMs for a minimum of 12 hours per CM. D. Assisting CMs in attendance at a minimum of 12 hours of content area professional development through ESC Region. E. Assisting each TM in providing with STAAR data by as outlined below. 1) Number of students taught by the Teacher Mentor 2) Number of students from question 1 with state assessment data in math/science in 201 3) Number of students from question 2 who did not meet standard on the state assessment in 201 4) Number of students from question 2 who did meet standard on the state assessment in 201 This data will be submitted through a secure Internet portal, coded by each teacher s UT EID, reported only in aggregate form (combining data across approximately 1,000 Teacher Mentors) and will not be made available on an individual basis to anyone outside the TRC evaluation staff.
