Inledning * Denna dragkrok är godkänd för montage på följande bilmodeller; Ford; Transit förlängd och ej förlängd Mercedes; Sprinter Volkswagen; Crafter Iveco; Daily Toyota; Dyna 100 och 150 * Dragkroken är eftermonterbar. * Ingen elektrisk koppling för lampor till dragkärra kan beställas från Z-Lyften Produktion AB. Detta beställs från respektive biltillverkare. * Endast Zepro dragkonsol med 50 mm kula, vid 60 mm kula kontakta återförsäljare. * Vid behov kan komplett förlängning (150 mm) till dragkroken beställas från Z-Lyften Produktion AB som tillbehör. * Godkänd dragvikt, kulposition och kultryck för ditt fordon kan fås från bilens dokumentation eller dess tillverkare, vid problem kontakta återförsäljaren. * Godkända chassibredder - max 1100 mm. * Kontrollera att kulan hamnar i en position som är godkänd av biltillverkaren. * The tow hook concept is approved for installation on the following truck models; Ford; Transit with extension and without extension Mercedes; Sprinter (most models) Volkswagen; Crafter (most models) Iveco; Daily Toyota; Dyna 100 and 150 * The tow hook is designed also for post installation. * No components for electric devices (lamps etc.) can be ordered from Zepro. If there is another request, please contact your supplier. * If needed, an extension (150 mm) for the tow hook can be ordered from Zepro as an accessory. * Homologated towing weight, ball position and ball pressure for your vehicle are defined in the documentation for the truck or by truck manufacturer/sales office. * Approved chassis width max 1100 mm. Allmänt * Kontrollera att Du har rätt dragkrok för din bil. * Draget är konstruerat och testat i enlighet med Europeiska reglementet ECE R55 samt uppfyller kraven för detta. Det är därmed ej tillåtet att ändra på konstruktionen, samt att draget endast får monteras på den bilmodell som det är avsett för. * Innan montering ska draget kontrolleras så att inga detaljer saknas eller är transportskadade. * Elinstallationer ska ske i enlighet med gällande regler * Alla skruvar efterdrages efter ca. 1000 kilometers körning. Endast medföljande skruvar och muttrar bör användas, om så inte är fallet måste de under alla omständigheter hålla angiven skruvklass (8.8). * OBS! Variationer i bilarnas utformning kan förekomma utan vår vetskap. * Har draget blivit utsatt för yttre åverkan, t.e.x en trafikolycka eller annan form av påkörning är det ej säkert och bör bytas. * Svenskt intyg för dragkrok kan beställas från Z-lyften Produktion AB * Denna monteringsanvisning ska medfölja bilens dokument och uppvisas vid besiktning hos resp. lands Bilprovning. Generally * Make sure that you have the correct tow hook set for your truck model. * The tow hook concept has been designed and tested in accordance with the European regulations ECE R55 and fulfils these requirements. Hence it is not allowed to make any changes to the design, and note that the tow hook device may only be used on the truck model for which it is intended. * Before the installation, make sure that no parts are missing or have been damaged during transportation. * Electrical installations shall be performed in accordance with existing rules. * All bolts/nuts must be re-tightened after approximately 1000 kilometres. Only enclosed bolts and nuts shall be used. If this is not the case, they must under all circumstances fulfil stated classification of screw standard (8.8). * NB! Variations in the trucks design may exist or be adopted without our knowledge. * If the tow hook has been exposed to external damage, e.g. by a car accident or some other type of collision it is not safe and should be replaced. * This Installation instruction shall be enclosed in the truck documentation and be shown at vehicle inspection. 4

Monteringsanvisning / Installation instruction OBS! Dragkrok till ZN/ZNU 75 med art. nr: 56171, 56172, 55372 och 55373 kräver längre hydraulslangar för lyftcylindrar (trycksida). Slang 22442 ersätter 22230. NB! Towhook to ZN/ZNU 75 with art. no: 56171, 56172, 55372 and 55373 needs hydraulic hoses that are longer for lift cylinders (pressure side). Hydraulic hose 22442 replaces 22230. 1. Kapa ur mittprofil i U-skyddet enligt bild. 1. Make a cut-out in the middle profile of the bumper bar according to the picture. 200mm 2. Placera dragkonsolen över stomröret. 2. Place the tow hook bracket over the lift support frame. 3. Säkra dragkonsolen genom att fästa bultarna i de övre hålen (en på varje sida) 2xM12x140 (70Nm) 3. Secure the tow hook bracket by fastening the bolts in the upper holes (one on each side) 2xM12x140 (70Nm) 8

Monteringsanvisning / Installation instruction 4. Fäst förstärkningsplåten på översidan. Börja med 2 skruvar M10x30 (40Nm) på varje sida i dragkonsolen. 4. Fasten the support plate on the upper side. Start with two bolts M10x30 (40Nm) on each side in the tow hook bracket. 5. Fortsätt därefter med 1 skruv M14x35 (115Nm) på varje sida i stomröret. 5. Continue with one bolt M14x35 (115Nm) on each side of the lift support frame. 6. Så här ser det ut då båda förstärkningsplåtarna sitter på plats med samtliga skruvar. 6. This is what it looks like when the support plates are installed with all bolts. 9

Monteringsanvisning / Installation instruction 7. Montera låsplåtarna på undersidan av stomröret. 1 bult M12x35 (70Nm) till vardera sida. Fortsätt därefter med de kvarvarande undre bultarna på stomröret. 1bult M12x140 (70Nm) till varje sida. 7. Install the locking plates on the bottom side of the lift support frame. One bolt M12x140 (70Nm) on each side. Continue with the remaining bolts in the lift support frame. One bolt M12x140 (70Nm) on each side. Gäller endast ZNU modeller / Only valid for ZNU models 8. Montera fästplåt för alu. profiler med 4st. M14x50 (115 Nm). Alu. profilerna skruvas fast med 1st. M8x20 (25Nm) på vardera sida. 8. Install bracket for alu. profiles with 4 pcs. M14x50 (115 Nm). Alu. profiles is attached with 1pce. M8x20 (25Nm) on each side. 9. Montera eventuell förlängning 4xM14x40 (115Nm) vidare med förhöjningen 4xM14x50 (115Nm) och därefter dragkula 4xM14x50 (115 Nm) (se sida 5-7) 9. After that, install the extension 4xM14x40 (115Nm) and height adjustability plate 4xM14x50 (115Nm), if needed, and the ball 4xM14x50 (115Nm) (see page 5-7). 10
