Tekniska specifikationer Comfort Panel SZR värmestrålpanel (fig.1) är tillverkad av 1 mm tjock galvaniserad stålplåt. Ett 1 mm tjockt kopparör med rektangulärt tvärsnitt är monterat på panelen, anslutningsdiameter 22 mm. En galvaniserad täckplåt är punktsvetsad på strålpanelen och håller kopparröret på plats samt säkerställer bästa ytkontakt mellan rör och panel. - Ytbehandling i enlighet med Europeisk Standard 76/769/EEC. - Brandklass: A1. - Värmeavgivningskoefficient för panelytan, e = 0,96. - Ett isolerskikt av mineralull (tjocklek 30 mm), inkapslad i 25 µm aluminiumfolie medföljer Comfort Panel SZR och ska monteras på panelens ovansida. - Klass: A1 i enlighet med EN 13501-1 standard. - Värmekonduktivitet = 0,037 W/mK (i enlighet med UNI CTI 7745 och UNI FA 112 standard). - Densitet = 14 kg/m 3. - Värmegenomgångsmotstånd = 0,81 m 2 K/W Lackerade fästband (en per meter panel) för att hålla isoleringen på plats. GB Assembly and operating instructions General Instructions Read these instructions carefully before installation and use. Keep this manual for future reference. The guarantee is only valid if the units are used in the manner intended by the manufacturer and in accordance with the Frico mounting and operating instructions. Description of parts See page 2. Technical specifications The Comfort Panel SZR (fig.1) are made of a galvanized steel plate, 1 mm thick. On the panel is fixed a copper tube, 1 mm thick, with an external diameter of 22 mm. The pipe is oblong-shaped in order to optimise the contact surface with the radiant panel. The galvanized hanging strips welded to the panels hold the correct spacing of the tubes and secure the best surface contact between the tube and the panel. - The painting complies to the European Standard 76/769/EEC. - Class of reaction to fire: A1. - Emission of the radiant surface, e = 0,96. - With the Comfort Panel SZR is supplied an insulating layer of mineral wool (30 mm thick) protected by an aluminium sheet (25 micron thick) to be mounted on the top of the panel. - Class A1 according to EN 13501-1 standards. - Thermal conductivity = 0,037 W/mK (according to UNI CTI 7745 and UNI FA 112 standard). - Density = 14 kg/m 3. - Thermal resistance = 0,81 m 2 K/W Pre-painted holding strips (one to each metre) to hold the insulation. Shaped and painted make-up joints to cover the joint areas (for free hanging, accessory). Application area The Comfort Panel SZR are supplied in four sizes, which can be perfectly integrated into any false ceiling. The width and lengths of Comfort Panel SZR ensure optimum integration into 600 x 600 mm modular ceilings, the standard dimension for false ceiling grids in Europe. Installation For mounting, see pages 3-6. For length combinations, see page 10. The Comfort Panel SZR can be suspended in various ways from the structures of the buildings. The illustrations on page 6 show different examples of hanging installations (accessories). Comfort Panel SZR is designed for ceiling heights up to 10 meter. There are limitations regarding the minimum installation height of the radiating surface (which depends on the medium temperatures of the heating water). The recommended minimum values are indicated in the following table, which is valid for horizontal installation presuming the presence of persons doing stationary work. Accessories For free hanging panels End cover kit Insert the end cover on the panel as shown in fig., place the 5x8 slot over the diameter 3 hole and fasten using the 3.9x13 mm selftapping screws. See page 6. Make-up joints Insert the joint cover on the panels as shown in fig., line up the diameter 3 hole with the 5x8 slot and fasten using the 3,9x13 mm selftapping screws. To allow the panels to move when expanding, fasten the cover on one side only.
