Follow the installation instructions when assembling so that the correct component is in the correct place. Varning Klämrisk. Vidrör inte gropvagnens rörliga delar i samband med höjning eller sänkning av gropvagnen. Se till att klämskyddet alltid fungerar, genomför regelbunden kontroll. Klämskyddet får inte kopplas bort. Försiktighet Risk för person- och egendomsskada. Personer kan snubbla på luftslangen och den kan komma i kläm. Se till att luftslangen är upphängd och löper lätt längs vajern. Riskfaktorer vid underhåll och reparationer Varning Klämrisk. Gropvagnen kan komma i rörelse. Koppla från huvudkranen till "lufttillförseln ifrån" och aktivera bromsfunktionen innan underhåll och reparationer påbörjas. In case of failure of the pit platform or associated equipment, always contact Alentec & Orion AB. Before use Air hose Ensure that the air hose and associated couplings are full and tight, and run freely on the wire. Clamp protection Make sure that the clamp protections breakfunction functions as intended by deliberately activating the function. Sign Check that the warning sign "Max load 2 pers / 175 kg" is stuck in the correct place and is readable. If not, order a new sign from Alentec & Orion AB. Brakes Check that the brake function is working. The brake must always "lie on" except when moving the product. Frame Check ocularly that the lifting platform and tool shelf are "fastened" and not damaged. If damage occurs, correct the damage immediately. In use Activate the brake function before work starts. If the product stops, check the cause of the error and take the necessary measures before using the product. For maintenance and repairs Disconnect the hose from the main crane to the "air supply" and enable the brake function before maintenance and repairs commence. Follow the installation instructions when assembling to ensure that the correct components are in the correct position. Var noga med att följa kontrollrutiner för säkerheten. Innan användning Luftslang Kontrollera att luftslangen med tillhörande kopplingar är hela och täta, samt löper fritt på vajern. Klämskydd Kontrollera att klämskyddets brytfunktion fungerar som avsett genom att avsiktligt aktivera funktionen. Skylt Kontrollera att varningsskylten "Max last 2 pers/175 kg" sitte fast på rätt ställe och är läsbar. Om inte, beställ ny skylt från Alentec & Orion AB. Bromsfunktion Kontrollera att bromsfunktionen fungerar. Bromsen ska alltid "ligga på", utom vid förflyttning av produkten. Ram Kontrollera okulärt att lyftplattformen och verktygshyllan "sitter fast" och ej blivit skadade. Om skada uppstått, åtgärda skadan omedelbart. Vid användning Aktivera bromsfunktionen innan arbete påbörjas. Om produkten stannas, undersök orsaken till felet och vidta erforderliga åtgärder innan produkten tas i bruk. Vid underhåll och reparationer Koppla bort slangen från huvudkranen till "lufttillförseln ifrån" och aktivera bromsfunktionen innan underhålloch reparationer påbörjas. Följ monteringsanvisningen vid montering så att rätt komponenter kommer på rätt plats. The pt platform is placed so that the rail wheels are on the side where the helical air hose is possible to mount. Wires for which the spiral air hose has to run on, is mounted in the pit groves about 45 cm above the floor level and laterally about the center of the rail where the rails are to be placed. As a rail, a T-profile 30x30 mm, alternatively L-iron 30x30 mm, should be used (not included). Either the rail is drilled in the floor or floor truss (Fig. 2, Pos. C), or it is provided with support heels every two meters and allows the heels to go down the slope between the floor and the truss (Fig. 3, Pos. D). In some cases, it may be more advantageous to place the rails closer to the wall than the curtain edge. Note that the pit platform range can be changed and therefore a wide choice of rail positioning (Fig. 1, Pos. A) is allowed. When the pit platform is placed and aligned correctly laterally, check that the rack height is appropriate. If a pit jack exists, this must be able to pass above (Fig. 1, Pos. A). In order for the spiral air hose to run smoothly, use a plastic pipe (included) that runs on the wire. The first loop of the spiral tube tubing closest to the wagon is then attached to the plastic pipe with a tape or a hose clamp. The trolley is of a design that normally does not require any maintenance. If the water separator / dirt lubricant is mounted on the air strain that goes to the carriages, of course, the life of the vehicle will be essential. Available as supplied Air coil with connection nipple for carriage and air stem for 1/4 "R-thread or compressed air hose 8 mm. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS / MONTERINGSANVISNING PNEUMATIC SCHEME / PNEUMATIKSCHEMA MONTERINGSANVISNING Gropvagnen placeras så att de rälsgående hjulen befinner sig på den sida spiralluftslangen är möjlig att montera. Det kan i vissa fall vara mer fördelaktigt att placera rälsen närmare väggen än gallerdurkskanten. Observera att vagnens spårvidd kan ändras och därför medges stor valfrihet beträffande rälsplacering (fig. 1, pos. A). När vagnen placerats och injusterats rätt i sidled, kontrollera att räckets höjd är lämpligt. Om gropdomkraft finns måste denna kunna passera ovanför (fig. 1, pos. A). För att spiralluftslangen ska löpa lätt använder man ett plaströr (bifogas) som löper på vajern. Spiralluftslangens första slinga närmast vagnen fästes då i plaströret med eltejp eller en slangklämma. Vagnen är av utförande som normalt inte kräver något underhåll. Om vattenavskiljare/dimsmörjare sitter monterad på den luftstam som går till vagnenökar naturligtvis dell livslängd väsentligt. Tillberhör som medföljer Luftspiral med anslutningsnippel till vagn och luftstam för 1/4" R-gäng eller tryckluftslang 8 mm. Vajer Vajersträckare 2 st vajerlås 1 m plaströr som skydd för luftspiral.
