ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 60 mm 00 mm 600 mm 000 mm R50 mm REQUIRED COMPONENTS Measure the distance between the two holes on top of the metal profile and mark the ceiling. That is where the ceiling attachements will be placed. Screw the ceiling attachements in the correct position (a), then screw in the grippers (b). Metal profiles, 60mm - 000mm a b x Gripper x Ceiling attachments x Wires Insert the wire in the hole on the top side of the metal profile (a) then insert the end of the wire into the bottom tip of the gripper and pull it out through the side hole (b). To release the wire push on the bottom tip. Adjust the height of the metal profile pulling on the wires until it s hanging at about 60 cm from the floor. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 60 mm 00 mm 600 mm 000 mm R50 mm REQUIRED COMPONENTS 5 To attach multiple metal profiles together place them side to side and slide in the metal connection from the bottom making sure that all the holes are correctly alligned. Notice that you need to start and finish with the 60mm profile. 6 Place the M6 screws in the holes and screw the nut in using a screwdriver to secure all the parts together. Proceed as with the straight profiles. 8 Place the M6 screws in the holes and screw the nut in using a screwdriver to secure all the parts together. curved profile curved connection 07-05
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 60 mm 00 mm 600 mm 000 mm R50 mm REQUIRED COMPONENTS 9 Start with the top left corner: position the two triangular pieces as shown in the picture (piece goes under piece ) and attach them to the metal profile using two mm plastic rivets. Repeat on opposite corner. 0 Continue assembling the top row adding a square piece () and a triangulare piece (). Place piece under piece and piece on top of piece. Attach the felt parts to the metal profile using the mm rivets, as in step. Once the top row is complete, start with the middle rows. Place the new square piece () at the bottom. The other pieces should follow in the shown order. Use the mm rivets. The right image shows a common mistake. Continue adding the square pieces using the same technique. The next row will start with a triangular piece. Placera anslutningen enligt bilden och försäkra dig om att hålen linjerar i varandra. Observera att du måste börja och avsluta med metallprofil 60mm. 6 Placera x M6-skruv i metallprofilens hål och fäst med muttrarna. MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS 60 mm 00 mm 600 mm 000 mm R50 mm KOMPONENTER STEG 5-8 5 Börja med hörnet uppe till vänster: placera två filttrianglar som bilden visar (triangel hamnar under triangel ) och fäste dessa i metallprofilen med x plastsnäppen ( mm). Upprepa dessa steg för det högra hörnet. 6 Fortsätt med den första raden genom att fästa den filtruta () och en filttriangel (). Placera bit under bit och bit ovanpå bit. Fäst filtbitarna i metallprofilen med plastsnäppen (mm) som i steg. Filtrutor Filttriangel mm mm 7 Upprepa steg 6 tills den övre raden är komplett: bit ska ALLTID placeras under bit och bit ska ALLTID placeras överst. 8 När den översta raden är komplett, börja med raderna i mitten. Placera filtrutan bakom det ruta, och. Placera rutorna i den ordning som bilden visar. Använd plastsnäppen ( mm) för att färsta dessa med. 07-05

Bilden till höger visar ett vanligt misstag. 0 Fortsätt lägga till filtrutor med samma tillvägagångssätt som steg 8. Nästa rad kommer börja med en filttriangel.
