För att läraren ska kunna göra en korrekt bedömning bör du ha kursplaner till kurserna du tänker läsa. Läraren kan notera sin bedömning med signatur i formuläret, eller per e-post från sin högskolemailadress. Om bedömningen skickas med e-post måste ditt namn och personnummer framgå, utöver det som efterfrågas under respektive punkt nedan. Är du programstudent? Kontakta programansvarig, som kontrollerar att kurserna är på högskolenivå, att de inte överlappar de obligatoriska kurserna i programmet och att de bidrar till att uppfylla utbildningsprogrammets mål och målen för examen. Programansvarig talar om vilka programkurser som du får ersätta (d.v.s. inte behöver läsa vid hemkomsten). Läser du fristående kurser? Då du ska ha för avsikt att ta ut en examen vid Högskolan Dalarna bör du ha en plan för hur du vill använda kurserna efter hemkomsten. Kontakta studievägledare om du är osäker vad som gäller. Vill du använda kurserna i del av huvudområde för examen så ska huvudområdesföreträdare göra en bedömning av huvudområdestillhörighet, nivå och antal högskolepoäng som kurserna motsvarar. Vill du inte använda kurserna som del av ett huvudområde så räcker det att ämnesföreträdare kontrollerar nivån på kurserna och bedömer hur många högskolepoäng de motsvarar. Tänk på att kurserna inte får överlappa andra kurser som ska ingå i samma examen i fråga om innehåll.
PREPARE DOCUMENTS FOR ASSESSMENT PURPOSES Check which courses during your exchange you want to apply to. Complete the form Basis for nomination for exchange studies in consultation with your teacher. You should have the course syllabi for the courses you are going to take with you so that your teacher can make a correct assessment. The teacher can confirm his/her assessment by signing the form or by sending an email from his/her university email address. If the assessment is sent by e-mail, then your name, social identity number (personnummer), and the information required beside each point below must be included. Are you registered in a programme? Contact the Programme Director, who will check that the courses are at the university level, that they do not overlap the obligatory courses in the programme, that they can be included in your programme and that they meet the degree requirements. The Programme Director will confirm which programme courses you can replace (i.e., which courses you will not have to take on your return). Are you taking free-standing courses? Since you intend to graduate from Dalarna University, you need to plan how you will apply the courses to your degree upon your return. Contact a Study Advisor if you have questions. If you want to use the courses as part of your main field of study, then the representative for the main field of study must assess the affiliation with the main field of study, the level and the number of that the courses equal. If you do not want to use the courses as part of your main field of study, then it is enough that a subject representative checks the level of your courses and assesses how many they equal. Remember that the courses may not overlap in content those other courses that are to be included in the same degree.
