Innan installation, säkerställ att öppningen klarar partiets totalvikt på upp mot 00 kg. Before the installation make sure that the base of the installation site withstands the weight of the door (00 kg). Att förbereda öppningen Kontrollera att dörrpartiet passar i öppningen, rekommenderat är 0mm/sida i drevmån. (Adjufix + 5mm) Säkerställ att golvytan är jämn och rak samt att den klarar partiets vikt.. För att jämna ut golvytan kan Purenitskivor användas. Klossa med jämna intervaller. Max cc 00mm. Preparing the opening Make sure that the door fits in the installation opening. The recommended installation margin is ca. 0 mm/side (Adjufix fastener margin + 5 mm). Make sure that the base of the installation opening is even and level and withstands the weight of the door. To level the bottom edge of the frame, you can use Purenit sheets. Demontering av dörrblad. Avlägsna täckprofilen 50 från den övre karmen.. Skruva ur skruven ur styrprofilen på dörrbladets överkant. Removing the door leaf from the frame. Detach top guide cover profile 50 from upper frame.. Open the screw to detach the lock side top guide PFZB080 in the top corner of the door. 0

. Om Soft Close är monterad, skruva ur skruven och dra ut den ur profilen.. Demontera den korta biten av topprofilen 67 (ca. 0 mm) från karmens överdel genom att skruva ur en skruv samt knacka lätt på karmen med plasthammaren. 5. Öppna dörren. Varning, se till att dörrbladet inte tippar! 6. Tilta dörren lätt i överkant. 7. Lyft av dörren, placera den så att den inte repar golvet.. If Soft Close mechanism is part of the assembly, remove it: remove the screw and pull out the module.. Remove the short piece of top guide 67 (about 0 mm piece) by removing a screw from the bottom surface of the top corner and tapping the side of the top guide 67 gently with a plastic hammer. 5. Slide the door open. Warning! Make sure that the doorleaf does not fall! 6. Tilt the door leaf a little from the top. 7. Detach the door from the frame and place it on a non-scratching surface.

Avlastning från pall. Lossa skruvarna från tröskeltäckprofilen 508 och ta bort täckprofilen.. Lossa täcklocket på låssidan (69) om detta är monterat, detta görs med ett tvåhandsgrepp (som på bilden genom att dra inåt). Använd gumminhandskar om du vill ha bättre grepp.. Avlägsna täckprofilen 060 på den andra sidan. Ta bort stöttorna på karmsidorna, säkerställ att partiet inte tippar. Detaching the parts of the doorframe for relocation.. Open the screws of the treshold cover 508 and remove the cover.. Detach the lockside cover 69 of the frame (if installed) with a two hand grip as described in the picture by pulling inwards. You can use rubbery gloves to get a better grip, if necessary.. Detach the cover profile 60 from other side.. Remove the supports of the frame, but make sure that the frame does not fall.

PUR0x68 Montage av Adjufix, sidoprofiler. Fäst Adjufix på dörrkarmens yttre profilhalva på både höger och vänster sida. Fäst första Adjufixen ca 50-00 mm från kanten. Använd skruvar Adjufix WM8 som är avsett för infästning i träkonstruktioner. Om du bara använder Adjufix för infästning är maxavståndet mellan infästningspunkterna 700 mm. Fixing Adjufix frame fasteners on both ends. Fasten the Adjufix frame fasteners on the outer ring of the door frame on the left and right end. Attach the first Adjufix about 50-00 mm from the corner. Montage av Adjufix i ovanprofil. Skruva fast Adjufix i den yttre profilhalvan ca 00mm från centrumprofilen på det fasta glasets sida. Om dörrpartiet är över meter brett, gör en infästning 50-00 mm från hörnet. Om du bara använder Adjufix för infästning är maxavståndet mellan infästningspunkterna 700 mm. Fixing Adjufix frame fasteners on top beam. Fasten the Adjufix frame fasteners to the top beam on the outer ring 00 mm beside the middle pole. Install the fasteners on the sides also if the door is over m wide or wider and in this case attach the first Adjufix about 50-00 mm from the corner. Förflyttning och installation av karm. Om du inte fogar partiet med Polyurethane, använd två Iso-Bloco One tätningar på partiets sidor och ovandel.. Flytta partiet till öppningen där det skall placeras, se till att ni är tillräckligt många som lyfter.. Se till att partiet är rättplacerat i höjdled för att passa in med den slutgiltiga golvhöjden. Kontrollera att partie står rakt i våg.. Innan partiet skruvas, se till att den står centrerat i öppningen. The transfer and installation of the door frame. If you do not seal the frames with polyurethane, install two Iso-Bloco One sealing strips to the sides and top of the frame on the outer ring.. Move the frame to the opening using an adequte amount of people for safe transfer.. Make sure that the height of the bottom edge of the frame is in planned correct relation with the final floor surface. Check that the frame is level.. Before attaching the sill with screws, check that the frame is centered sideways. = = 5

5. Montera fästskruvarna i botten på partiet på båda sidor av centrumprofilen. Se separata instruktioner baserat på olika underlag. 6. Skruva fast partiet vertikalt, kontrollera så att det blir rakt med ett vattenpass eller laser. Se separata instruktioner baserat på olika material. 7. Avsluta med att skruva fast partiet i överkant. Installation av glas. Kontrollera måtten diagonalt.. Om glaslisterna är monterde, knacka lätt på dom med plasthammaren så att dom lossnar.. Lyft in glaset i botten och res det varsamt upp. Tryck sedan ut det mot den yttre glaslisten.. Kontrollera att glaset är centrerat, tryck därefter fast glaslisterna på insidan. 5. Tryck fast den eftermonterade glastätningen mellan glas och glaslist. Installing the glass. Check the cross-measurements.. If the glazing beads are in place, tap gently with a plastic hammer to remove them.. Lift the glass in place starting from the bottom edge.. Check that the window is center aligned. Put the glazing beads in place. 5. Press the retro-fit gasket in place between the glazing bead and the glass. 5 7

Installation av dörrblad. Säkerställ att övre styrskenan PZFB08 är på plats.. SoftClose (tillval): Säkerställ att gasfjädern är intryckt i stängarenheten. Tryck in Soft Closern i sitt läge och fäst den med skruv(,x mm) Se till att motsvarande del är fäst i karmens ovankant.. Lyft dörrbladet på plats så att styrdelarna upptill/bakkant håller den på plats. Kontrollera att tätningarna upptill är korrekt monterade samt att hjulen löper bra i styrskenan. (Se bild) Dörrbladet skall vara enkelt att flytta.. Fäst styrenhet PFZB08 i framkant med skruv (,x mm). The installation of the door leaf. Make sure that the top guide PFZB08 of center beam side is in place.. SoftClose (optional): Make sure that the gas spring is pushed in the mechanism. Put the SoftClose in place and attach with screws (,x mm). Make sure, that the SoftClose part is attached to the top guide.. Lift the door leaf in place so that the top guide keeps it in place. Check the alignment of the gaskets above the door leaf and the movement of the wheels on rails. See picture. The door leaf should be easy to move.. Attach the lock side top guide PFZB08 with screws (,x mm). 0

Installera glas i dörrbladet. Lyft först in bottendelen på glaset genom att använda rätt antal personer för ett säkert utförande. Se till att glasklossarna ligger på plats innan.. Fäst glaslisterna för dörrbladet genom att slå fast dom med en plasthammare.. Pressa in gummilisten mellan glaset och glaslisten. Installing glass on door leaf. First lift the bottom edge of the glass in place using adequate number of people for safe transfer. Before lifting make sure that the glass supporting wedges are in place.. Attach the glazing beads of the doorleaf by tapping them with a plastic hammer.. Press the retro-fit gasket in place between the glazing bead and the glass.

Färdigställande. Installera sidotäcklocket 69. Se bild.. Fäst tröskeltäcklocket 508 med skruv.. Installera täcklock 60. Finishing. Install the lock side cover 69 in place. See picture.. Install the treshold cover 508 with screws.. Install the cover 60.

FI. Knacka fast täckbiten för styrskenan 50 försiktigt med en plasthammare. Ta det varsamt då det kan uppstå lackskador. 5. Foga runt partiet med polyurethanskum, observera att polyurethanet sväller. 6. Efter tätning, foga eller sätt täcklister.. Tap the top guide cover 50 lightly with a plastic hammer to install it. The cover chips easily. 5. Spray between the frame and the opening around the frame a suitable amount of polyurethane. Note that the urethane swells. 6. After sealing, upholster or batten the sides. 5
