Order, frakter och reklamation 1. Order Alla order skickas genom /resellerportal (eller till order@string.se). Inom 2 arbetsdagar återkommer String med en orderbekräftelse som kontrolleras noga av butiken. Vill ni att ordern ska märkas med namn eller nummer vänligen skriv detta i inköpsordern. Utleverans från Strings lager är normalt 4 veckor vilket innebär att utleveransdatumet som står på bekräftelsen är det datum då ordern skickas från Strings lager, lägg sedan till 1-5 dagar för transport beroende på leveransdestination. 2. Frakt Fraktkostnad Sverige: Fraktfritt vid samtidig order över 2000 kr. På order under 2000 kr tas en fraktavgift ut på 200 kr. 3. Reklamation Alla reklamationer ska skickas in genom string.se/resellerportal (eller skickas till claim@string.se). För att kunna hantera en eventuell reklamation behöver vi nedanstående information direkt vid anmälan av reklamationen. En återkoppling på reklamationen tar i normala fall inte mer än 1-2 dagar. Följande information krävs för att vi ska kunna hantera ärendet som en reklamation: 1. Batchnummer/week som finns på etikett på emballaget (ett 4 siffrigt nummer). Detta är viktigt för oss eftersom vi i vår tur reklamerar hos våra leverantörer och för att kunna komma till rätta med problemet behöver vi denna information. 2. Artikelnummer på den defekta delen. 3. Om ovan inte finns så ange ordernummer (alltså det nummer ni har fått på bekräftelsen från oss). 4. Vad det rör sig om för skada: saknad del i förpackningen, skada som uppkommit från fabrik, transportskada osv. 5. Bild på skadan. 6. Följesedelsnummer eller fakturanummer. Vid transportskador är det viktigt att detta anmäls direkt till chauffören som lämnar godset. Utan denna anmälan kan vi inte hantera reklamationen. Vid transportskada behöver vi bild både på emballaget och innehållet. Rör det sig om hyllbärare eller beslagspåsar som saknas, får ni gärna maila oss kundens namn och adress så skickar vi dessa direkt till kunden. Allt för att det ska gå så snabbt som möjligt. Vi hanterar alla våra reklamationer genom att vi byter ut den skadade delen/delarna. Vänligen notera att samtliga sändningar ska levereras på pall som är plastad.

Terms and conditions String price list 2018 1. Application of Terms These terms and conditions ( Terms and Conditions ) apply to all quotations, offers, acceptances, sales and deliveries made by String Furniture AB ( String ) and all orders and purchases by String s commercial customers ( Customer ) regarding the sale by String to Customer of any furniture and/or accessories which String is to supply ( Goods ), unless String has explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. 2. Orders All purchase orders issued by the Customer to String shall include (a) an identification of the Goods being purchased, (b) the quantity ordered (corresponding to the unit per package in the Price List), (c) the full name, address and VAT-number of the Customer and, if applicable, (d) the address of the location where the Products will be delivered. All purchase orders issued by the Customer shall be subject to acceptance and confirmation by String. String reserves the right to decline any order in whole or in part for any reason whatsoever. Any request for a change of the order will be charged according to the valid Price List. 3. Prices Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the prices applying to any orders shall be the price valid at the time of dispatch of the Goods. All prices are in SEK unless otherwise stated. The prices quoted are exclusive of any national, state or local sales, use, value-added or other taxes, all of which shall be the responsibility of the Customer. String s Price List may be revised from time to time by String in its sole and absolute discretion. Prices include normal packing unless otherwise stated. If special packing is requested, String has the right to charge extra for such packing. 4. Payment Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice, or as specified by String from time to time. Interest shall be chargeable on any amounts overdue to String from the Customer at the from time to time applicable reference rate set by the Riksbank plus 8% per annum, in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act (1975:635), from the due date for payment until receipt by String of the full amount and without prejudice to any other right or remedy of String. In addition and without prejudice to the foregoing, Customer agrees to fully indemnify String in respect of all and any legal costs and expenses which String may incur arising from or in connection with Customer s failure to pay any sum due pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. All deliveries are subject to credit approval of String. The amount of credit extended to the Customer shall be assessed and determined from time to time by String in its sole and absolute discretion. Following such assessment, String reserves the right to require prepayment or payment by irrevocable letter of credit. String will always apply prepayment on Customer s first order. In the event of late payment or failure to meet any credit obligations by the Customer, String will terminate or temporarily suspend performance of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions, including without limitation, the cancellation or delay of delivery of any accepted purchase orders, without any liability. Such right is in addition to any other rights and remedies available under the Terms and Condition or under the law. The Customer shall not be entitled by reason of any set-off, counterclaim, abatement or analogous deduction to withhold payment of any amount due to String, without prior written consent from String. 5. Delivery Within EU; The Goods is delivered at place Customers warehouse ( DAP as defined in Incoterms 2010) at a time decided by String, unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing, or as follows below. Prices include normal packing unless otherwise stated. If special packing is requested, String has the right to charge extra for such packing. Freight costs and charges may apply to the shipment in accordance with the Price List. Outside EU; The goods is delivered FCA Strings warehouse in Malmö ( FCA as defined in Incoterms 2010) at a time decided by String, unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing. Normal dispatch time is 4 weeks from String warehouse and the subsequent time for delivery depends on the specific location of delivery. String may deliver the Goods by separate instalments. All delivery dates are estimates only and the Customer accepts that String is not liable for any late delivery. The Customer shall pick up the Goods as soon as it has been notified of the delivery. String is entitled to charge the Customer for any costs, expenses or fees, including warehousing or transportation costs and fees, due to the Customers failure to pick up the Goods. String carefully inspect, pack and deliver the Goods in good condition. By signing the consignment note, the Customer s confirms that the correct number of packages and goods has been received. Upon delivery the Customer shall inspect the Goods and note any damages and discrepancies. Customer shall give String written notification of damages, delivery failure or shortfall of delivery within 3 (three) business days of the date when the products would have been received. Failure to notify String of any claims in accordance with the aforementioned shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the Goods and a confirmation that the Goods are in compliance with the Terms and Conditions and the specification of the order. 6. Title and Risk Title in the Goods shall, to the extent permitted by law, pass to Customer only upon full payment by the Customer of the purchase price, including any interest and/or applicable expenses, and following payment of any other outstanding debt. Customer shall safely and securely store the Goods and ensure that they are identifiable as Goods obtained from String. Notwithstanding the reservation of title, the risk for the Goods shall pass on to the Customer in accordance with the terms of delivery under these Terms and Conditions. 7. Intellectual property All patents, designs, trademarks, trade names, know-how, copyright and other industrial or intellectual property rights pertaining to the goods ( String Intellectual Property ) belong to String, or is licensed to String, and shall remain String s, or its licensors, property. The customer shall not in any manner represent that it has any ownership in String s intellectual property. The customer shall not modify, alter or change the Goods or reproduce any images, drawings, plans or specifications of or relating to the Goods without Strings prior consent. Nothing contained in the agreement shall be construed to give the Customer or any third party any proprietary interest in, or rights to String's Intellectual Property, other than explicitly granted under the terms and conditions. 8. Change and/or discontinuation of goods It is Strings policy to develop and improve its products, product range and offering. Accordingly String reserves the right to change the specifications of, or discontinue, any of the Goods without prior notice. String shall not be liable for any changes of the specification or for any discontinuation of any goods. Page 18/20
9. Cancellation The Customer may not change or cancel an order without the consent of String to make such changes. String reserves the right to refuse requests for cancellations of orders (total or partial) in cases where the cancellation is received by String more than three (3) working days after the date of receipt of the purchase order confirmation or in any case where the purchase order has already been accepted by String or the Goods have already been manufactured. 10. Return of Goods Return of Goods shall be made in accordance with String s from time to time applicable Return Policy and all returns are subject to String s consent. If String consents to an unauthorized return of Goods, String is entitled to apply a return and restocking fee of 15% of the price of the Goods. 11. Warranty String s from time to time applicable standard warranty applies to the goods and should always be used by customer towards the end customers. All other warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded. Customer are not authorised to change, extend or supplement String s warranty. 12. Liability String assumes no liability, whether express or implied, for the Goods' infringement upon present or future patents, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any third party. In no event shall String be liable to customer for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue or production, interest in investment, loss of goodwill, cost of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services and downtime cost arising in connection with the performance of any agreement or the sale of the products by String whether or not such damage are based on contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise. String s total liability arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of any contract shall be limited to ten percent (10 %) of the related contract. 13. Force Majeur String is relieved from liability for a failure to perform any of its obligations due to any circumstance beyond its immediate control, which impedes, delays, or aggravates any obligation to be fulfilled by either party under these Terms and Conditions, such as changes in laws and regulations or in the interpretation thereof, acts of authorities, war, acts of war, labour disputes, blockades, major accidents and currency restrictions. 14. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held unenforceable or illegal, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to render it enforceable without losing its intent, or severed from the Terms and Conditions if no modification is possible and the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. 15. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms and Conditions, and contracts made under the Terms and Condition, shall be governed by the substantive laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with, this Agreement, shall be settled by the District Court of Malmö, Sweden. Page 19/20
