2 KONSTRUKTION OCH FUNKTION STRONG ROBUST STRONG ROBUST användes för grindar upp till 12m (enkel: 6000mmgrindflygel) och 900kg grindflygel. Elmotor kommer att användas med tre olika motorer: en fas, tre fas och 24V DC. Växelhuset är tillverkat i aluminium. Växeln är självhämmande och klarar temperaturer -30o / +55oC. 4 VARNING Frikoppla porten/grinden vid mororarmen och se till att den lätt kan manövreras manuellt. Endast hålldonskörning tillåten innan alla säkerhetsanordningar är i drift och är rätt inställda. Se till, att porten/grinden öppnar och stänger till rätt position, dvs. inte trycker fór hård mot karm eller att den inte öppnar helt. Grindhalvorna ska stå mitt för varandra i stängt läge vilket är viktigt vid magnetlås eller låsbyglar. Justering av gränslägen sker genom att vrida gränslägesnockarna placerade på ovre änden av mororspelets utgående axel. Övre nocken är för justering av stängt läge och den nedre för öppet. Motorspel med öppen växel skali smörjas två gånger per år eller vid 4000 öppningscykler beroende på vilket som inträffar forst. Se bruksanvisningen till styrautomatiken för avläsning av antal öppningscykler. Reservdelar Vid frågor, eller beställning av reservdelar och tillägg, kontakta Demex AB. Uppge alltid objektnumret som är placcrat på styrskåpets insida. Vid blockering Om porten/grinden ince går att manövrera manuellt med något av de manöverdon som normalt sett används kan frikopplingen användas. Frikopplingen ser till att porten/grinden kan öppnas och stängas manuellt utan att drivningen tar skada. Vid påkörning En påkörning kan skapa stora skador på anläggningen, kontrollera alltid klämskyddsfunktion, belastningsvakt samt att delar är intrakta innan fortsatt användning. Vid behov av reservdelar se kapitel om reservdelar. Motorn går, men grinden rör sig inte Kontrollera att porten/grinden inte är frikopplad. Om anläggningen är frikopplad, försök kontakta personen som frikopplade den för at få reda på anledningen. The control panel works on 400V a.c. triphase through the R-S-T-N terminals, with 50/60Hz frequency. Both command and control devices and accessories are 24V powered. Warning! Accessories must not exceed 30 W overall. All connections are protected by quick fuses, see table. The input and output contact functions, the timing settings and users management, are set and viewed on the display, which is run by software. Before acting on the machinery, cut off the main power supply and disconnect any emergency batteries. 23 U W V R S T N X W Y E1 E S1 GND 2 FA1FC1FA2FC2 B1 B Installation Installation must be carried out by expert qualified personnel and in full observance of regulations in force. 5.1 Preliminary checks Before installing do the following: Check that the panel s anchoring point is protected from possible blows, and that the anchoring surface is solid. Also check that the anchoring is done using the appropriate bolts, screws etc.; Make sure you have a suitable omnipolar cut-off device with contacts more than 3 mm apart, and independent (sectioned off) power supply; Make sure that any connections inside the case (that provide continuance to the protective circuit) are fitted with extra insulation as compared to the other conductive parts inside; Make sure you have suitable tubing and conduits for the electrical cables to pass through and be protected against mechanical damage. 5.2 Tools and materials Make sure you have all the tools and materials you will need for the installation at hand to work in total safety and compliance with the current standards and regulations. The following figure illustrates the minimum equipment needed by the installer. Here are some examples.

Any anomaly found is signalled with the fl ashing of the LED on the control panel. Consequently it cancels any commands coming from the remote control or the button. Electrical connection to enable the photocell safety test: - the transmitter and the receiver, must be connected as per the diagram; - from the functions menu, select safety tests and select either CX - CY - CZ input/s to activate the test.

31 Skötselanvisningar, Säkerhetsföreskrifter & Driftsinstruktion för Demex VIKGRINDAR Serviceintervall Underhållsanvisning För att säkerställa att vikgrinden alltid fungerar optimalt, måste den ges regelbundet underhåll. Vid reparation av grinden bör endast original reservdelar användas. Lagstadgad service och översyn Nedanstående säkerhetsutrustning ska kontrolleras vid översyn. Mekaniskt Frikoppla grinden från automatiken med nyckel på automatiken. Prova grinden för hand genom att dra den fram och tillbaks. Ta av ändlocken på den nedre hjul balken och kontrollera hjulen så att det inte finns glapp i kullagerna. Kontrollera så att kugghjulet på automatiken sitter i rätt höjd längs med hela kuggstången. Kontrollera så att infästnings detaljer på stativ, fundament är åtdragna och inte lossnat. Kontrollera så att automatiken infästnings skruvar är åtdragna. Kontrollera att det inte finns något smuts eller skräp i hjulbalken. Kontrollera alla komponenter om de är slitna eller trasiga på något sätt. Elektriskt Kontrollera så att alla klämskydd fungerar. Kontrollera så att alla stoppknappar fungerar. Kontrollera kablar i motor och styrskåp så att de är hela. Säkerhetsföreskrifter Grinden får, med hänsyn till säkerheten, inte användas förrän all behörig personal är informerad om hur man manövrerar grinden. Passage genom grindöppning bör endast ske när grinden är helt öppen. Grinden är försedd med klämskydd av gummi, som har klämskyddsfunktion som stannar grinden vid beröring. Porten är även utrustad med 2st Nödstopp som används för att stanna grinden vi nöd situation. Viktig Denna bruksanvisning SKALL läsas INNAN porten tas i bruk. Bruksanvisning, samt nedan beskrivna dokument, skall förvaras så deär tillgängliga för den personal som skall använda och göra service på porten. Driftsinstruktion/säkerhetsföreskrifter skall förvaras vdi porten. Personalen skall veta var bruksanvisningen finns, samt läsa igenom den innan porten tas i bruk. Underhåll För att förhindra att man skadar sig eller att grinden tar skada ska följande punkter beaktas. Grinden och maskineriet kräver underhåll minst var 12:e månad, dvs. en gång om året. Om grinden används mycket ofta krävs kortare un- derhålls intervaller. Alla komponenter som inte fungerar riktigt eller som har tagit skada ska bytas ut mot originaldelar. Underhållsarbeten ska alltid genomföras av fackkunniga personer. Vid underhållsarbeten ska denna anvisning följas i detalj. Detta gäller i synnerhet för alla varningar och säkerhetsinstruktioner. Grindens underhåll ska dokumenteras i loggbok.
