They hve to e fmilir with the hndling nd mounting of hydruli omponents. Provided use Vlve module omintions re used to ontrol omplex hydruli lmping fixtures to effet positioning, lmping nd supporting of workpiees in defined sequene. Remedy: Instll in ddition pressure relief vlve. Swrf or ontmintion in the hydruli oil led to inresed wer or dmge t the guides, running surfes nd sels. The mximum operting pressure nd the dmissile flow rte of the vlve must not e exeeded. For sequene nd pressure reduing vlves the following is vlid on priniple: Inrese the pressure y srewing in (lokwise) the djustment srew. Redue the pressure y srewing out (ounterlokwise) the djustment srew. Strting position Srew in ompletely the djustment srew t the flow ontrol vlve (1g), then srew out y 2 revolutions. All sequene vlves (1): Unsrew lok nut nd srew in ompletely the djustment srew. All pressure reduing vlves (1): Unsrew lok nut nd srew out ompletely the djustment srew. Swith on pump. Adjust lmping pressure for funtion 1 nd 2 Srew in djustement srew t pressure reduing vlve for F1 until the desired lmping pressure is otined (hek t the pressure guge). Srew out djustment srew t sequene vlve for F2 until the ylinder t F2 extends (lmps). Tighten lok nuts. Srew in djustement srew t pressure reduing vlve for F2 until the desired lmping pressure is otined (hek t the pressure guge). Proeed the sme wy for the remining lmping iruits. Hydruli mnifold-mounting onnetion (429 nd -449) Drill holes for hydruli oil supply nd return in the fixture. Grind flnge surfe. Clen the support surfes. Fsten the vlve with O-rings on the fixture. Sequene vlve ttery omintions These tteries onsist lwys of one input vlve nd up to five series vlves. Only one pressure line is required to port P of the input vlve (onnetion y tues or y mnifold mounting possile, see ove). Oil supply to the series vlves is mde without tues through drilled hnnels. Assemle vlves with inserted O-rings nd srew with threded olts M5. Remove the srew plug of the input vlve nd lose the port P of the lst series vlve with this plug. Provide Hydruli the threds onnetion in the fixture. Connet hydruli lines to qulifying stndrds, py ttention to srupulous lenness! Provided use Pressure reduing vlves re used to pressurise individul lmping elements or groups of lmping elements in hydruli lmping systems with redued pressure. Return the lekge return port L depressurised t the reservoir. Threded-ody type ( ) Mhine with utmost ury the lotion hole, espeilly the tolerne of the ounterore of 118 (1h) nd the seling surfe (1g). Note Lurite slightly the lotion hole, ut do not lurite the Kntsel joint! Chek with your fingers if the rossings re flt nd without urr Before srewing in, turn k lok nd seling nut (1d) up to the stop. Srew in vlve ody (1) nd tighten y 70 Nm. The knife edge (1f) sels with metl to metl on the ounterore of 118 (1h, Ø24 mm). Tighten the lok nd seling nut (1d) y 60 Nm. The delivered Kntsel joint (1e) sels on the seling surfe (1g, Ø30 mm). Flnge-mounted type ( ) Drill holes for hydruli oil supply nd return in the fixture. Grind flnge surfe. Clen the support surfes. Remove plugs. Fsten the vlve with O-rings on the fixture. Hydruli onnetion y tues (other types) Clen the support surfes. Fsten the vlve t the flnge. Provide Hydruli the threds onnetion in the fixture. Connet hydruli lines to qulifying stndrds, py ttention to srupulous lenness!
