Sittvagnen är avsedd för transporten av ett barn från 6 månader med en vikt av maximalt kg. Twin City Cross är avsedd för transporten av två barn med en vikt av max kg var. Med City Bassinet eller lift (originaltillbehör) kan vagnen användas från födseln. VARNING! Vid användning av lift ska denna alltid vara fastspänd i vagnens D-Ringar. Kontrollera även att liftens bärremmar sitter ordentligt fast. Hårdliftens bärremmar ska sitta innanför hårdliftens minisufflett. Spänn alltid fast barnet/barnen med säkerhetsselen. Barnets säkerhet är ditt ansvar. Lämna aldrig barn utan uppsikt. Trappor och rulltrappor bör undvikas då de kan utgöra ett riskmoment för ert barn. Häng inte något på handtaget eftersom vagnens stabilitet då kan försämras. Placera inga föremål ovanpå suffletten. Varukorgen får inte belastas med mer än kg. Placera alltid tyngre föremål i korgens mitt. Vagnen kan annars bli ostabil. Kontrollera att inga utskjutande föremål i varukorgen fastnar i hjulens ekrar. Det är förenat med säkerhetsrisker att använda reservdelar andra än dem som levereras av Emmaljunga. Följ skötsel- och underhållsanvisningarna.

Montering av chassit Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: Montera hjulen Avlägsna plastskydden från axlarna. Spara dem för framtida bruk. VIKTIGT Axlarna är infettade och kan lämna märken på textilier. VARNING Kvävningsrisk. Låt inte barnet leka med eller på annat sätt handha plastskydden. Se till att bromsen är i uppfällt läge. Tryck på navkapselns frigöringsknapp, skjut in hjulet på axeln så långt det går. Släpp knappen och dra hjulet mot dig tills du hör att det klickar på plats. VARNING Kontrollera att hjulet sitter fast ordentligt och inte går att dra av axeln. Upprepa samma procedur för alla fyra hjulen. Montera chassit Bromsa vagnen (). Fäll upp chassit genom att dra i styret () medan du håller emot på chassits sida (). VARNING Chassilåsen måste klicka in i låst läge. Säkerhetsbygeln () aktiveras för att förhindra oavsiktlig nedfällning endast om chassilåset () inte är i låst läge. VARNING Kontrollera alltid, innan du använder vagnen, att chassilåset () är i låst läge eftersom vagnen annars kan vara farlig att använda. 6

Hur du använder chassit Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: Hur du använder den ställbara fjädringen E.A.S.T. Det ställbara fjädringssystemet gör att du kan välja fjädringshårdhet allt eftersom barnets vikt ökar. Även bra vid olika typer av körunderlag. Fjädringen går att justera i tre lägen.. Mjuk. Medel. Hård VARNING Ta ur barnet ur vagnen innan du justerar fjädringen. Justera fjädringen genom att dra ut det gråa låset () och vrid vredet så att det gråa låset går i något av hålen, eller. Upprepa på andra sidan chassit - kontrollera att samma låsläge används på båda sidor. VIKTIGT Justera fjädringen när chassit är hopfällt för att undvika onödig förslitning av mekanismen. VARNING Fjädringen måste vara inställd i samma läge på var sida av chassit, annars snedbelastas chassit och kan bli skadat. Se noga till att det gråa låset är ordentligt intryckt i hålet, annars fyller inte fjädringen sin rätta funktion. Svenska Hur du justerar höjden på styret Justera höjden på styret genom att samtidigt trycka in de grå knapparna på insidan av styret (). Håll knapparna intryckta och ställ därefter styret i önskat läge (). Använda bromsen Bromsa vagnen genom att trycka ned bromspedalen hela vägen med foten. Lossa bromsen genom att lyfta den uppåt. Kontrollera att kuggkransarna sitter ordentligt fast på alla fyra hjulen. Kontrollera alltid att bromspinnen sitter fast i hjulens kuggkransar när vagnen är bromsad.

Hur du använder chassit Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: Fälla ihop chassit Fäll ihop chassit genom att dra de två chassilåsen () (ett på varje sida) uppåt. 6 Lyft säkerhetsbygeln () och fäll handtaget framåt. Om du behöver mer plats kan du ta bort hjulen genom att trycka in navkapselens frigöringsknapp (6) och sedan dra av hjulen. VIKTIGT Torka av smuts från axlarna innan du sätter på hjulen igen. 6 8 Varukorgen är monterad vid leverans men kan tas av för tvättning. Vid fastsättning ska resårt () sitta i linie med hjulen på chassits sida. 8

Lossa axel- och midjebanden från selens lås innan du monterar sittdelen. Trä klädselns ryggficka () över sittdelens ryggstöd. Twin City Cross: två ryggstöd Svenska Trä axelbanden () genom hålen i klädselns rygg. Trä midjebanden () genom hålen i klädselns sits. Trä grenbanden (6) genom hålen i bas och sittdel. Montering av sittdel Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: 9 Se till att klädselns ryggficka är nerdragen så långt det går över ryggstödets ram. Sätt därefter fast fickan med kardborrebandet på insidan (9). VARNING Kontrollera alltid att ryggstödet är säkert i läge innan det används. Detta steg är mycket VIKTIGT. Twin City Cross: två ryggstöd 6 Tryck fast båda tygarmstöden över sittdelens sidor. Trä fotstödets ficka (0) över fotstödet och tryck fast tryckknapparna genom hålen i bottenplattan. 0 Fotstödsklädseln är vändbar. VARNING Låt aldrig barnet/barnen stå på fotstödet! Montering av sittdel Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: 9 Montera suffletten Tryck in de båda insticksdelarna, ett på varje sida om suffletten, i plasthållarna på sittdelen (en på varje sida). Se till att de snäpper på plats. 0 Fäst sufflettpåsens () båda plastkrokar () på metallstången (). Twin City Cross: fyra plastkrokar VIKTIGT Suffletten ska alltid vara monterad när vagnen används och krokarna ska alltid vara fasttryckta. Svenska Montera säkerhetsbarriären (gäller endast Twin City Cross) Trä säkerhetsbarriärens (6) nedre del genom hålet i sufflettpåsen. VARNING Säkerhetsbarriärerna av plast (6) måste alltid kunna röra sig fritt genom öppningen på sufflettens undersida. 6 Montera fotsack Trä fotsacken över fotstödet mot sufflettens framsida. Fäst den med de fyra tryckknapparna, två stycken på var sida. VIKTIGT Suffletten får inte fällas ned med fotsacken på.

Hur du använder sittvagnen Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: På- och avmontering av överdelen Påmontering: Bromsa vagnen. Lyft överdelen i handtaget () och tryck ner Easy Fix fästet i beslagen på båda sidorna () så att den låser sig med ett "klick". Avmontering: Börja med att bromsa vagnen. Tryck in handtagen () på båda sidorna samtidigt och lyft överdelen uppåt. Sittdelen kan sättas fast i båda färdriktningar. VARNING Låt aldrig något barn finnas i vagnen då den fälls upp / ned. Håll stadigt i bärhandtagen, tills överdelen är på plats. VIKTIGT Kontrollera alltid att överdelen sitter fast, innan ni använder vagnen. Lyft aldrig i överdelen när den är monterad på chassit. 6 Justera -punktsselen Placera grenbandet () mellan barnets ben och upp mot midjan. Trä in midjebanden () i sellåset tills de klickar på plats. Kontrollera att midjebanden är fastspända. Justera alla banden med hjälp av glidspännet (). Du lossar axel- och midjebanden genom att trycka på knapparna (6) mitt på selens lås. I änden på vardera midjeband finns det fästpunkter för en separat sele som uppfyller BS 668. VARNING Använd alltid selen när barnet sitter i vagnen. Kontrollera att alla spännen är isatta och att selen är fastspänd i vagnen. Justera ryggstödet Tryck in rygglägesspärren () och fäll/res ryggstödet till önskat läge. VARNING Kontrollera att ryggstödet är låst i ett av sina fyra lägen genom att trycka ryggstödet bakåt tills det låser i ett av lägena. Justera suffletten Justera suffletten genom att varsamt dra framkanten framåt/bakåt till önskat läge. I suffletten finns ett myggnät som vid behov kan dras över fotstödet och fästes med plastkrokarna. 8 VIKTIGT Lyft aldrig sittdelen genom att hålla i suffletten. Lyft aldrig i överdelen när den är monterad på chassit. Justera fotstödet Fotstödet kan ställas in i två lägen. Fotstödet justeras till sitt nedersta läge genom att man lyfter upp spärren vid sidan av fotstödet och dra fotstödet (8) utåt och neråt. Fotstödet justeras till vågrätt läge genom att man drar upp fotstödet och trycker in den i vågrätt läge mot vagnen. Försäkra er om att fotstödet låst sig i önskat läge före användning. Fotstödsklädseln är vändbar. Twin City Cross: två fotstöd VARNING Låt aldrig barnet/barnen stå på fotstödet.

Hur du använder sittvagnen Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: 6 0 Fälla ihop sittvagnen Bromsa vagnen. Ställ in ryggstödet i upprätt läge (9). Fäll ned suffletten mot sittdelens frambåge (0). Justera fotstödet till ett något uppvinklat läge. 9 VARNING Det får inte finnas något barn i vagnen när den fälls ner eller upp. Fäll ihop chassit genom att dra de två chassilåsen/krokarna () (ett på var sida) uppåt. Observera! Sittdelen är ej med på bild för att göra bilden tydligare. Svenska 8 Lyft upp säkerhetsbygeln () och fäll handtaget framåt. VIKTIGT Kontrollera att klädseln inte fastnar mellan handtag och sittdel. Observera! Sittdelen ej med på bild för att göra bilden tydligare. 9 Fäll först ned ryggstödet från upprätt till helt nedfällt läge. Tryck därefter suffletten mot ryggstödet. Om du behöver mer plats kan du ta bort hjulen genom att trycka in navkapselens frigöringsknapp och dra av hjulen. VIKTIGT Torka av smuts från axlarna innan du sätter på hjulen igen. 0 Användning av Regnskydd Regnskyddet monteras genom att du drar över regnskyddet över suffletten och ligg-eller sittdelen. Observera att regnskyddet är öppet vid sufflettöppningen. Använd det regnskydd som medföljer vagnen. Använd alltid regnskydd vid regn eller snöväder. Är vagnen våt innan regnskyddet monteras, försök om möjligt att torka av den först. Låt regnskyddet torka ordentligt innan det läggs tillbaks i påsen.

Montering av liggdel Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: City Bassinet Montering av liggdelen Ta bort plastpåsen från madrass och klädsel. Skjut in metallstöden () mot bottnen (). Bottenplattan är gjord i trä. VARNING Kvävningsrisk. Låt inte barnet leka med eller på annat sätt handha plastpåsen. Kontrollera att de båda metallstöden sitter fast så att vagnens stabilitet och säkerhet inte äventyras. Lägg i madrassen (). VARNING Djupet mellan madrassens eller andra bäddtillbehörs överdel och liggdelens övre kant (), måste vara minst 0 mm när madrass och bäddtillbehör ligger på plats. Sätt fast suffletten genom att trycka in sufflettens insticksdel i liggdelens sufflettfäste. Kontrollera att de snäpper i läge. Tryck fast suffletten mot plasthållarna () på varje sida. Tryck fast kardborrebandet vid kragen (6) på liggdelen. Tryckknapparna på baksidan av suffletten är till för att vid behov kunna rulla upp suffletten något för bättre ventilation när det är varmt. 6 8 8 Tryck fast vindskyddet på suffletten () och sufflettfästena (8) på respektive sida. VIKTIGT Suffletten får inte fällas ned med påsatt vindskydd utan att tryckknapparna (8) lossats.

Hur du använder liggdelen Detta avsnitt gäller för följande produkter: City Bassinet 6 Bromsa vagnen. VARNING Låt aldrig något barn finnas i vagnen då den fälls upp/ned. Justera suffletten Justera suffletten genom att dra den varsamt i framkanten framåt/ bakåt till önskat läge. Justera ej suffletten med vindskyddet fastknäppt. VIKTIGT Lyft aldrig liggdelen genom att hålla i suffletten. Lyft aldrig i överdelen när den är monterad på chassit. Svenska 8 9 Fastsättning av överdelen Bromsa vagnen. Lyft överdelen i handtaget och placera den i beslagen på båda sidorna av chassit. Tryck ner tillsatsen i beslagen (9), så att den låser sig med et "klick" på båda sidorna. VARNING Kontrollera alltid att överdelen sitter ordentligt fast i låst läge på båda sidorna. 9 0 Lösgöring av överdelen Bromsa vagnen. Ta tag i Easy Fix fästet på båda sidor och tryck in handtagen (0) på båda sidor samtidigt. När de inte kan tryckas in mer, lyft upp överdelen och den kan tas av. Användning av Regnskydd Regnskyddet monteras genom att du drar över regnskyddet över suffletten och ligg-eller sittdelen. Observera att regnskyddet är öppet vid sufflettöppningen. Använd det regnskydd som medföljer vagnen. Använd alltid regnskydd vid regn eller snöväder. Är vagnen våt innan regnskyddet monteras, försök om möjligt att torka av den först. Låt regnskyddet torka ordentligt innan det läggs tillbaks i påsen.

Skötsel och underhåll Detta avsnitt gäller alla produkter. Allmänna Skötselråd Utsätt aldrig vagnen för starkt solljus under en längre tid. Använd alltid regnskyddet vid snöfall eller regn. Förvara aldrig vagnen på kalla eller fuktiga platser. Torka genast av chassit om det blivit blött. Se till att vagnen alltid är torr vid förvaring. Spola av och torka vagnen innan du ställer in den, om du använt den nära havet eller på saltade vägbanor. Var aktsam vid transport och förvaring då chassits yta är ömtåligt. Repor som uppkommer efter försäljning är inte reklamationsberättigat. Regelbunden översyn Rengör regelbundet chassit och vagnens metalldelar - torka av dem och smörj alla leder. Fälgar och ekrar på alla hjul, bör med jämna mellanrum tvättas av i varmt vatten och torkas av med en torr handduk. När vagnen används vintertid, bör rengöring ske minst en gång i veckan. Bristfällig rengöring kan föranleda rostangrepp. Skulle ytliga rostangrepp uppstå, vilket är möjligt, är du skyldig att ta bort dem med kromputsmedel. Smörj axlar och fjädring var tredje månad (torka av axlarna med en trasa innan du smörjer dem). Smörj med petroleumbaserat fett eller motorolja. Kontrollera att: alla chassilås fungerar korrekt. alla nitar, skruvar och muttrar är väl åtdragna och inte skadade. inga plastdetaljer är skadade. alla hjullager är i god kondition. alla kardborreband sitter ordentligt fast på ryggstödsficka och sittdel. alla tryckknappar sitter ordentligt fast på fotstödet. att elastiska band inte förlorat sin elasticitet. säkerhetsbygeln är intakt och kan röra sig fritt. OBSERVERA Ta alltid först kontakt med den barnvagnsbutik där du köpt din produkt. Det gäller vid behov av service med originaldelar och vid andra tekniska frågor som kräver en fackmannamässig bedömning. Produkten du valt följer köplagen som gäller från den juli 00. Du har rätt att kräva denna information när du köper din barnvagn hos din barnvagnsbutik. VARNING Däck kan vid kontakt med olika material som PVC-golv eller mjuka plastskikt reagera, vilket kan ge missfärgningar på golvet. Skötsel och underhåll Detta avsnitt gäller alla produkter. Tvättråd Sufflett: Lyft av och fäll upp suffletten. Skölj av sufflettens insida (fodret) med ljummet vatten. Använd en mild tvållösning. Rengör noga. Dropptorka suffletten i utfällt läge. Klädsel och -punktssele (): Lyft av klädseln från chassit. Lossa sittplattan (förvara den sedan på en torr plats). Handtvätta klädseln i ljummet vatten. Använd en mild tvållösning. Rengör noga. Dropptorka klädseln. Sedan du lossat klädseln kommer du åt -punktsselen. Torka av nylonbanden och plastdetaljerna med en fuktig trasa. Ingen handtvätt. Se till att selen är torr innan du sätter tillbaka klädseln. Frambåge och frambågsskydd (): Lossa frambågsskyddet från frambågen. Handtvätta i ljummet vatten. Använd en mild tvållösning vid tvätt av frambågsskyddets utsida. Hantera insidan (non-woven material) varsamt. Dropptorka. Liggdel (City Korg): Torka av klädselns utsida och fodret med en fuktig trasa. Ingen handtvätt. Använd mild tvållösning. Rengör noga. Kontrollera alla sömmar och kanter på sittdelens undersida och ryggstödsfickan. Du kan impregnera klädseln på nytt efter tvätten (med t. ex. Scotchgard ). Gör alltid detta innan du monterar vagnen på nytt. Svenska VARNING Låt inga barn vara i vagnen under de första timmarna efter impregnering. Återmontering efter tvätt VARNING Kontrollera alltid att du monterar vagnen korrekt efter anvisningarna i denna instruktionsmanual. Kontrollera att sittdelen och fotstödet är i korrekt läge innan du åter monterar vagnen och använder den på nytt.

The depth from the top of the mattress to the top of the side of the body at, or any position within 00mm from the harness attachment points should not be reduced to less than 0mm when the mattress is in position, and that any mattress purchased separately should comply with BS 8: Part 0. Seat part or pram body may not be used as a car seat. The pram body is intended for a child from 0+ up to 6 months. Underneath the pram body there are attachment points for a separate harness which complies with BS 668. This vehicle is made for transportation only. Never use this vehicle as a bed for your child/children. Always store the pram away from children and do not allow children to play with or in it. Never leave this vehicle without first engaging the parking device. The parking device should always be engaged while placing and removing your child/children. Avoid parking on a hill. For safety reasons, please only use Emmaljunga s original accessories. Overloading, incorrect folding and the use of non-approved accessories may cause injury to your child/ children and damage or break this vehicle. Do not hang any load on the handle as it will affect the stability of the vehicle. Never place items on top of the hood of the vehicle. The shopping tray included with the chassis has a weight limit of kg. Always place heavy items in the centre of the basket. This vehicle may become unstable if the weight in the basket is unevenly distributed. Items in the shopping tray should not protrude over the sides as items could get caught in wheel spokes. On air tyres - Make sure the cap of the air regulator is properly tightened. It may be unsafe to use replacement parts other than those supplied or provided by Emmaljunga. This vehicle requires regular maintenance by the user. Make sure the harness waist straps are securely fastened to the D-rings on each side of the seat. Child/children should stay clear of moving parts while making adjustments. Follow care and maintenance instructions.

Assembly of Chassis This section applies to the following products: Attaching Wheels Remove plastic protectors from chassis axles. Save for future use. IMPORTANT Axles may be covered with axle grease, and can leave stains on fabric. WARNING Choking Hazard - Keep plastic protectors away from children. Make sure the parking device is not engaged. Depress release button on wheel hub, slide the wheel all the way onto axle. Release button and pull wheel toward you until you hear a click. WARNING Pull wheel outwards to be sure wheel is locked on. Repeat the procedure on each of the four wheels. Assembly of Chassis Engage the parking device (). Unfold and extend chassis by pulling up on the handlebar () while holding down on the chassis sidebar (). WARNING The chassis-locks must click into position The secondary locking device () will become engaged only if the main locking devices () are not correctly in position. This is to prevent accidental folding. WARNING Always check that the main locking devices () are engaged correctly before using your pram, it is dangerous to use your vehicle without these in their correct position..

Chassis usage This section applies to the following products: How to use the adjustable suspension E.A.S.T. The adjustable suspension system enables you to select the strength of the suspension as the child s weight increases. Also useful for different kinds of surface. The suspension may be adjusted into three different positions.. Soft. Medium. Hard WARNING Remove your child from the pram before adjusting the suspension. Adjust the suspension by pulling the grey tab () outwards and twist the knob until the grey button locks into the desired position:, or. Repeat on the other side of the chassis - make sure the knobs are in the same positions on both sides of the chassis. IMPORTANT Adjust the suspension when the chassis is folded to avoid unneccesary wearing of the mechanism. WARNING The suspension must be in the same position on both sides of the chassis to avoid uneven strain and possible damage to the chassis. Make sure the grey button has locked into position in order for the suspension to work properly. English How to adjust the handle Adjust the handle by pressing the grey buttons on the inside () simultaneously. Without releasing the buttons adjust the handle upwards or downwards to the desired position (). Engaging the Parking Device Engage the parking device by pushing down with your foot. Disengage the parking device by pulling up. WARNING Never leave the vehicle without first engaging the parking device. Avoid uphill or downhill parking. The pram's brake should always be engaged when you lift your child in and out of the pram. Make sure that the cogs are attached properly on all wheels Make sure that the brake pin engages into the cogs when the vehicle is in parked position.

Chassis usage This section applies to the following products: Folding the Chassis Fold the chassis by pulling the two main locking devices (), one on each side, upwards. 6 Lift the secondary locking device () and fold the handle forward. To make chassis even more compact, remove wheels by pressing the wheel hub release buttons (6) and pulling the wheels off the axle. IMPORTANT Wipe off the axlestub before reattaching wheels. 6 8 The tray is assembled when delivered but can be removed to be washed. The elastic () has to be in a straight line with the wheels on the side of the chassis.

Assembly of seat unit This section applies to the following products: Assembly of Seat unit and -point Harness Lift the seat adjustment lever (). Push the backrest into its upright position (). Before assembly, release shoulder straps and waist straps from harness buckle. Slide back pocket of seat fabric () over seat frame backrest. Twin City Cross: two backrests Slide the shoulder straps () through the holes in the backrest. Slide the waist straps () through the holes in the seat. Slide the crotch strap (6) through the hole in the base and seat. Twin City Cross: two harnesses English 6 8 8 Slide the shoulder pads onto the shoulder straps (). Fasten the shoulder straps to the waist straps with the snap clip (8). Twin City Cross: two harnesses

Assembly of seat unit This section applies to the following products: Make sure that the fabric backrest is pulled down as far as it will go over the tubular frame. Then fasten back pocket of seat fabric with velcro on the inside (9). 9 WARNING Always check that the backrest is securely fastened in position before use. This step is very IMPORTANT! Twin City Cross: two backrests 6 Press stud armrest fabric over both sides of seat frame. Slide the back pocket of footrest cover (0) over footrest frame. The Footrest cover is reversible. 0 Twin City Cross: two footrests with two pockets WARNING Do not let your child/children stand on the footrest. 8 Assembly of Frontbar Zip frontbar padding () around metal frontbar. Press stud the crotch strap () around the frontbar of stroller. Twin City Cross: one frontbar padding and two crotch straps 6

Assembly of seat unit This section applies to the following products: 9 Assembly of Hood Press the two plastic legs, one on each side of the hood, into the two plastic holders on the seat frame, one on each side. Make sure they snap into place. 0 Fasten the two plastic hooks () on the hood apron (), to the metalbar () of the seat adjustment lever. Twin City Cross: four plastic hooks IMPORTANT The hood should always be assembled when the pram is used and the hooks should bed fastened. Assemble the safety barrier (only Twin City Cross) Slide the safety barriers (6) lower part through the slit on the under side of the hood pocket. WARNING The plastic safety barriers (6) must always be able to move freely through the slit on the under side of the hood. English 6 Assembly of Apron Slip the apron over the footrest and pull toward the front of the hood. Snap the boot onto the four press-studs, two on each side of the hood. IMPORTANT The hood can not be folded with the apron attached.

Stroller usage This section applies to the following products: 6 Attachment of carry-cot / seat-unit. Engage the parking device: Lift the carry-cot / Seat-unit by the handles () and push the Easy Fix into the attachments on both sides of the chassis () until it locks into its position. To release the carry-cot / seat-unit: Start by engaging the parking device. Pull the Easy Fix grip () towards you and then lift the carry-cot / seat-unit straight up. WARNING! Don t let any child be placed in the vehicle when it is being folded/ unfolded Hold the handles steadily until the carry-cot / seat-unit is in place. IMPORTANT: Make sure that the carry-cot / seat-unit is in place, before you start to use the vehicle. Never lift the top part when it is assembled onto the chassis. Adjusting the -point Harness Bring crutch strap () forward between child s legs and up toward front of waist. Insert the waist straps () into the harness buckle until they click in place. Make sure waist straps are fastened. Adjust all straps, using the sliders (), to fit your child properly. To release shoulder and waist straps, press the buttons (6) in the centre of the harness buckle. Attachment points are provided at the ends of each waist strap for a separate harness complying with BS 668. WARNING Always use the harness when the child is placed in the vehicle. Make sure that all the buckles are fitted into position and that the harness is attached to the vehicle. Adjusting the Backrest The seat backrest is adjustable by moving the seat adjustment lever () located at the bottom behind seat, toward backrest. WARNING Once in the desired position, push on backrest to ensure a locked position. 8 8 Adjusting the Hood Adjust hood by gently pulling the front bar of the hood back or forth to desired position. A Mosquito net is integrated in the hood and can be pulled over the footrest and attached with the plastic hooks. IMPORTANT Never carry the seat unit/ carry-cot by the hood. Never lift the carry-cot/seat-unit when it is assembled onto the chassis. Adjusting the Footrest The footrest can be adjusted into two positions. Adjust the footrest to the down position by releasing the lock on the side of the footrest and pulling the footrest horizontally and downwards (8). Make sure that the footrest is locked into desired position before usage. The footrest is adjusted by pulling the footrest upwards and then pushing it horizontally back towards the pram Twin City Cross: two footrests WARNING Never let your child/children stand on the footrest.

Stroller usage This section applies to the following products: 6 9 0 Folding the Stroller Engage the parking device. Adjust the backrest into its upright position (). Fold the hood completely towards the front bar of the seat unit (8). Adjust footrest to an above horizontal position. WARNING! No child is to be placed in the vehicle when folding or unfolding the vehicle Fold the chassis by pulling the two main locking devices, one on each side, upwards. NOTE: Seat unit is removed from the illustration to clarify the instruction. 8 Lift the secondary locking device and fold the handle forward. IMPORTANT Make sure no fabric parts get caught in between handle and seat unit. NOTE: Seat unit is removed from the illustration to clarify the instruction. English 9 Fold the backrest from its upright position into full layback position, then push the hood towards the backrest. To make stroller even more compact, remove wheels by pressing the wheel hub release buttons and pulling the wheels off the axle. IMPORTANT Wipe off any dirt or sand from axle stubs before reattaching wheels. 0 Use of the rain cover The rain cover is attached by placing the rain cover over the carry-cot and seat-unit. Please note that there is an opening in the raincover near the hood opening. Use the rain cover that is supplied with the pram. Always use the rain cover when it s raining or snowing. If the pram is damp before the rain cover is attached, wipe off the fabrics first if possible. Make sure the raincover is completely dry before it is placed back into its bag. 9

Assembly of prambody This section applies to the following products: City Bassinet Assembly of pram body Remove plastic covers from mattress, fabrics and discard. Slide the two metal support brackets () onto the base () of the pram body. The base is made of wood. WARNING Risk of suffocation. Do not let your children play with the plastic bag. Make sure that the metal support bars are attached so that the pram stability and safety will not be jeopardised. Insert the mattress (). WARNING The depth from the top of the mattress together with other bed accessories to the carry-cot upper part () must be at least 0mm. Attach the hood to the pram body by pushing the plastic leg of the hood into the plastic holders on the pram body. Make sure they snap into place. Press the hood fabric onto the plastic holder (), on each side. Press the velcro (6) onto the pram body. The press studs on the back of the hood is to use when roll up the hood for better ventilation when it is hot. 6 8 8 Press the apron onto the hood () and onto the plastic holder (8) on each side. IMPORTANT The hood cannot unfold when the apron is snapped onto the hood without releasing the press studs () 0

How to use the Bassinet This section applies to the following products: City Bassinet 6 Engaging the Parking Device Engage the parking device by pushing down with your foot. Disengage the parking device by pulling up. WARNING Don t let any child be placed in the vehicle when it is being folded/ unfolded Adjust the hood Adjust the hood by gently pulling the hood forward into desired position. Do not adjust the hood while the apron is attached. IMPORTANT Never carry the seat unit/ carry-cot by the hood. Never lift the carry-cot/seat-unit when it is assembled onto the chassis. 8 9 Attachment of the seat-unit/ carry-cot Engage the parking device: Lift the carry-cot / Seat-unit by handles and push the Easy Fix into the attachments on both sides of the chassis until it locks into its position. WARNING Make sure that the top part is in locked position on both sides. English 9 0 To release the carry-cot / seat-unit Start by engaging the parking device. Pull the Easy Fix grip towards you and then lift the carry-cot / seat-unit straight up. When the Easy-Fix can not be pushed any further, the top part can then be removed. Use of the rain cover The rain cover is attached by placing the rain cover over the carrycot and seat-unit. Please note that there is an opening in the rain cover near the hood opening. Use the rain cover that is supplied with the pram. Always use the rain cover when it s raining or snowing. If the pram is damp before the rain cover is attached, wipe off the fabrics first if possible. Make sure the rain cover is completely dry before it is placed back into its bag.

Care and maintenance This section applies to all products. IMPORTANT General care and maintenance instructions Never expose your vehicle to excessive sunlight for long periods of time. Always use a rain cover when it is snowing or raining. Never store your vehicle in cold and/or damp places. Should the chassis become wet, dry it off promptly. Make sure the vehicle is completely dry before storing. If the vehicle is used near the ocean or salted roads, spray the chassis with a hose, and dry. Take care when transporting or storing the chassis since the surface is delicate. Scratches to the chassis surface, that arise after the sale is not a valid complaint. Routine Inspection Regularly clean the chassis and metal parts of the vehicle dry off and lubricate all joints of the chassis. Spokes, and fenders on all wheels, should frequently be wiped off with a dry cloth. When the pram is used during the winter time, cleaning of the pram should be done at least once a week. Lack of maintenance could cause corrosion on the spokes and fenders. Should corrosion on the surface occur, which is a possibility, you are required to remove this with a corrosion cleaning agent. It is recommended to lubricate the wheel axles and suspension system every three months (clean axles with a cloth prior to lubrication). Axles may be lubricated with petroleum jelly or automobile oil. Check that: all chassis locking devices are functioning properly. all rivets, nuts and bolts are firmly tightened and not broken. all plastic parts are not cracked or broken. the wheel bushings are in a good condition. all velcros are securely fastened on backrest pocket and seat board flap. the press-stud is securely fastened on the footrest flap. all elastic straps are in a good condition. the secondary locking mechanism is intact and can move freely. PLEASE OBSERVE When in need of servicing with original parts and other technical issues that require a professional decision, always get in touch with your retailer where your Emmaljunga product was purchased. All Emmaljunga products come with a 6 month manufacturing guarantee. This guarantee does not apply when issues arise through normal wear and tea. This information is relevant for Great Britain only. Use mild liquid soap as detergent. Cleanse it thoroughly. Drip dry the hood fully extended hood. Wash the detachable part of the hood according to the instructions above. Twin City Cross: Handle the non-woven interior material with care. Seat fabric and -point harness (only applies to City Cross and Twin City Cross): Remove the seat fabric from the chassis. Remove the seat-board; store it in a dry place. Hand wash seat fabrics in lukewarm water. Use mild liquid soap as detergent. Cleanse thoroughly. Drip dry the seat fabric. When the seat fabric is removed the -point harness is accessible. Only wipe the nylon straps and plastic parts clean with a damp cloth. Do not hand wash. Make sure the harness is dry before reassembly. Front bar padding (only applies to City Cross and Twin City Cross): Remove the front bar padding/apron. Hand wash in luke warm water. Use mild liquid soap as detergent on the surface of the exterior fabric. Handle non-woven interior material with care. Drip-dry. Pram body (City Bassinet): wipe the exterior fabric and the interior non-woven material, clean with a damp cloth. Do not hand wash. Use a mild liquid soap as a detergent. Drip dry. Dry the pram body in its fully extended position. Make sure the wooden base is protected from any water. General Information Ironing: If any fabric part needs to be ironed, always use a 00 % cotton cloth in-between the iron and the fabric to protect the fabric surface. Iron the exterior fabrics (00 %) polyester and the interior fabrics on gentle heat (0 C on the iron). Make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembly. Check the trimmings and the seam on the seatfabric underneath the backrest-pocket. You may apply a material protector (like Scotchgard ) on the exterior fabric after washing. Always apply before reassembly. English WARNING Do not place child/children in stroller for at least hours after applying a material protector. Reassembly after washing WARNING Make sure all parts are assembled correctly according to the instructions in this manual. Make sure the seat-board and the foot-rest-board are correctly positioned before reassembly and use.
