Innan montering Vi förordar en sakkunnig VVS-installatör vid installation och service. Ledningarna ska renspolas innan installation. LINC 21 BAD OCH DUSCHBLANDARE Montering 150 cc BAD OCH DUSCH BLANDARE Vid behov skruva fast medföljande excentrar (18) på röranslutningarna i väggen. Montera täckkåporna (16) på anslutningarna (15). Montera blandaren (8) genom att skruva fast muttrarna (15) mot excentrarna (18) och kom ihåg att placera plastskydden (19) på muttrarna (15) för att undvika repor. Kontrollera att packningarna (17) finns på plats mellan excenter (18) och mutter (15). Kontrollera att packningarna (21) är monterade i var sin ände av slangen (22). Skruva fast den koniska delen av slangen till handduschen (20) och sen den andra änden till handduschanslutningen (13) på blandaren. När monteringen är klar öppna huvudkranen och kontrollera att det inte finns några läckor. Montering 160 cc BAD OCH DUSCHBLANDARE Till denna modell är det nödvändigt att använda en blandarfäste (medföljer ej). Montera blandaren genom att skruva fast muttrarna på blandarfästet mot gängorna (15) på blandaren. Kontrollera att temperaturreglaget finns på höger sida. När monteringen är klar öppna huvudkranen och kontrollera att det inte finns några läckor. Justering av temperaturspärren Insatsen levereras med temperaturspärren satt i medelläge d.v.s. 38 C. Läget kan ändras för att spara varmvatten och förhindra skador orsakade av hett vatten. Gör följande vid justering av temperaturspärren (se ritning): Ta bort temperaturspärren från insatsen. Vrid temperaturspärren medsols till önskat läge. Sätt tillbaka temperaturspärren i insatsen. Byte av insats Skruva av handtaget (1), lossa låsskruven (3) och tag bort handtagshöljet (4). Skruva av skyddshöljet (5) från insatsen. Skruva av insatsens låsmutter (6) och avlägsna insatsen (7). Ersätt insatsen och montera ihop delarna genom att utföra proceduren i omvänd ordning. Obs! För att undvika skador på de keramiska plattorna i insatsen skall låsmuttern (6) spännas med en momentnyckel inställt på 10Nm. Rengöring Ytan rengörs med mjuk trasa och mild tvållösning. Skölj därefter med rent vatten och torka med en mjuk torr trasa. Vid kalkfläckar ska hushållsvinäger användas. För mer information besök vår web på www.inr.se
Before installation We recommend that an authorised plumber is contacted for installation and service. Piping should be flushed prior to assembly. LINC 21 BATH AND SHOWER MIXER Installation 150cc BATH AND SHOWER MIXER Screw the eccentric unions (18) to the G1/2 threaded pipes coming out from the wall. Slide the escutcheons (16) on the seats (15). Fix the tap body (8) to the wall screwing the nut (15) to the eccentric union (18), remember to place the plastic cover (19) over the nut (15) not to scratch them. Make sure to interpose the fibre washer (17) between the eccentric union (18) and the nut (15). Screw the conical end of the shower hose (22) to the handset (20) and the other end to the diverter s outlet (13) interposing the fibre washers (21) on both sides. After installation, open the main water supply and check for leaks. Installation 160 cc BATH AND SHOWER MIXER To install this bath shower mixer it is necessary to use a fixing plate (not supplied with the mixer). Fix the mixer to the wall by screwing the nuts of the fixing plate to the shower mixer seats (15) and tighten. Pay attention that the mixer outlet points downwards and the temperature handle is on the right. Turn supply back on and check for leaks. Adjustment of the hot limit ring When the cartridge is supplied the hot limit ring is in the middle position i.e. 38 C. To save hot water and to avoid scald the ring can be turned. The adjustment of the ring is as follows (see drawing): The hot limit ring must be removed from the cartridge. The ring must be turned clockwise up to the requested point. The ring must be repositioned onto the cartridge. Replacement of the cartridge Unscrew the lever (1), undo the grub screw (3) and remove the lever body (4). Unscrew the cartridge cover (5). Unscrew the cartridge locking nut (6) and remove the cartridge (7). Replace the cartridge and re-assemble the components following the above procedure in reverse order. Note! In order to avoid damages to the ceramic discs of the cartridge, it is recommended to tighten the nut (6) using a torque wrench. Torque 10 Nm. Cleaning Chromed surfaces should be cleaned using a soft cloth and a mild soap solution. The surface should then be flushed with clean water and dried using a soft dry cloth.
