As a kid I had a dream - I wanted to own my own bicycle. When I got the bike I must have been the happiest boy in Liverpool, maybe the world. I lived for that bike. . i1i.. i2i. Sätt ner styrstammen i ramen och justera till önskad höjd, men aldrig högre än den maxhöjd som finns angiven på styrstammen. Put the stem in the frame and adjust it to the desired height, but never higher than the maximum height indicated on the stem. Fixera styrstammen genom att dra åt skruven på ovansidan med en 6mm insexnyckel. Fasten the stem by tightening the screw on the top with a 6mm allen key.

. i3i.. i4i. Sätt ner sadelstolpen i ramen och justera till önskad höjd. Fixera sadelstolpen genom att dra åt den högra skruven (sett bakifrån) medsols med en 5mm insexnyckel. Skruven på motsatt sida har ett spår som låser skruven i ramen. Put the seat post in the frame and adjust it to the desired height. Fix the seat post by tightening the right screw (rear view) clockwise with a 5mm allen key. The screw on the opposite side has a groove that locks the screw to the frame. Montera framhjulet genom att sätta framgaffeln på plats över hjulaxeln (brickorna ska ligga utanför framgaffeln). Dra åt hjulmuttern medsols gäller båda sidor med en 15mm fast nyckel. Observera om din cykel ska ha stänkskärmar hoppa till steg 10. Assemble the front wheel by putting the front forks in place over the wheel s axle (the washers must be on the outside of the front fork). Tighten the wheel nuts clockwise - for both sides - with a 15mm wrench. Please note - if your bike should have fenders skip to step 10.

Justera därefter (använd båda händerna) bromsen så den är centrerad över hjulet. When the front wheel is in place, close the brake by pressing the brake lock downward and inward. Adjust the brake accordingly (using both hands) so it is centered over the wheel. Behöver du ta av framhjulet ska du först öppna bromsen genom att trycka ner låsspärren samtidigt som du drar bromslåset utåt och uppåt. If you need to take the front wheel off, you should first open the brake by simultaneously pressing down on the lock point and pulling the brake lock outward and upward.

. i7i. mounting MUDGUARDS & CHAINGUARDS Fäst pedalerna i vevarmen. Pedalerna är märkta med R (höger) eller L (vänster). Den högra pedalen skruvas åt medsols, och den vänstra motsols, med hjälp av en 15mm fast nyckel. Assemble the pedals on the crank. The pedals are marked with R (right) or L (left). Put the chain guard in place and tighten the rear bracket with a cross headed screwdriver as illustrated. But wait to tightenit, you should be able to move the chain guard sideways. Sätt det främre fästet på plats runt ramen och justera kedjeskyddet så att det är ungefär en centimeter mellanrum mellan kedja och kedjeskyddet. Fixera fästet med en 4mm insexnyckel. Fixera därefter det bakre fästet med stjärnskruvmejsel. Put the front bracket in place around the frame and adjust the chain guard so that there is about a centimeter gap between the chain and the chain guard. Secure the bracket with a 4mm allen key. Then fix the rear bracket with a cross headed screwdriver.

. i10i.. i11i. Ta av framhjulet och fäst stänkskärmen enligt bild med en 5mm insexnyckel. Sätt därefter på framhjulet (se steg 4). Fäst sedan stänkskärmens stag i framgaffeln med de medföljande skruvarna. Dra åt skruvarna medsols gäller båda sidor med en 4mm insexnyckel. Remove the front wheel and attach the fender as illustrated using a 5mm allen key. Put the front wheel back on (see step 4). Then attach the fender s stays on the front fork with the supplied screws. Tighten the screws clockwise - for both sides - with a 4mm allen key. Ta av bakhjulet och börja med att montera det övre fästet såsom bilden visar. Använd gärna två 10mm fasta nycklar. Remove the rear wheel and begin assembling the upper bracket as illustrated. Preferably use two 10mm spanners.

. i12i.. i13i. Montera det undre fästet såsom bilden visar. Använd gärna två 10mm fasta nycklar. Sätt därefter bakhjulet på plats. Assemble the lower bracket as illustrated. Preferably use two 10mm spanners. Put the rear wheel back on. Fäst sedan stänkskärmens stag med de medföljande skruvarna. Dra åt skruvarna medsols gäller båda sidor med en 4mm insexnyckel. Then attach the fender s stays with the supplied screws. Tighten the screws clockwise - for both sides - with a 4mm allen key.
