Bristles The bristles of the ProfilGate system have been optimized to ensure the best possible cleaning performance. The patented inclination of the Nylon -brushes assure the best possible cleaning effect, by abrasing the dirt mechanically, as soon as a weight is applied. The irregular long bristle-ends scratch deeply into the profiles and clean them reliably. Takformad borstprofil Den övre delen på borstprofilen är utformad som ett vinklat tak. Detta gör att vätskor och smutspartiklar enkelt faller ner mot sidorna och vidare ner i det underliggande tråget. Roof-shaped body The upper part of the brush body has the shape of an angled roof. This allows liquids and dirt particles to run off to the sides and drop down into the tray more easily. The small brush bodies with a width of only 22mm allows dirt particles up to 8 mm, to drop down directly into the tray, instead of remaining on top of the brushes. Profiled body The brush bodies have a specific shape, which ensures that bigger dirt particles or small stones can drop into the stainless trays, easily, after passing the top edge. The combination of slim brush bodies with their inherent tension and the patented inclination of the brushes lead automatically to an active and sound cleaning experience. 6

Brush strip The brush strips have an inherent tension that pushes the brush strips above the top of the grate for up to 8 mm. To protect the brushes, especially under heavy load, they automatically retract downwards below the grate. 7

11 ProfilGate aqua ProfilGate DryZone ProfilGate aqua för våt rengöring och desinfektion av hjul och sulor. ProfilGate aqua används i områden där man behöver en fysisk borstning i kombination med en våt rengöring eller desinfektion, t.ex. inom livsmedelsindustrin. Installationen kan användas både för hjul och sulor och minskar risken för korskontaminering via fordon eller personal. Tråg och galler är tillverkade helt i rostfritt stål och kan därför användas med starka rengörings- eller desinfektionsmedel. Genom kapillärkrafterna dras vätskan upp från tråget och håller borstarna lätt fuktade. Vid passage får man en våt rengöring på t.ex. hjul eller skosulor. Ett överfyllnadsskydd gör att nivån hålls konstant 3 mm under trågets underkant. ProfilGate DryZone håller golvet torrt i entrézonen. ProfilGate DryZone används speciellt på platser där det är viktigt att undvika väta på golvet för att förhindra olyckor, och där säkerhet på arbetsplatsen har högsta prioritet. Det speciella gallret är täckt med vår unika DryPad. Vid överfart absorberar non-wovenduken vätskor som t.ex. vatten, emulsioner eller oljor vilket torkar slitbanorna på däck, hjul eller rullar. DryPad är en förbrukningsvara som regelbundet skall bytas. ProfilGate aqua for disinfection of Wheels and Soles. ProfilGate aqua is perfect for areas which require mechanical cleaning movement with the incorporation of sanitizer or dis-infectants that not only cleans, but significantly reduces the risk of cross contamination by microbes. These segments, made entirely of stainless steel, is perfect for use with any harsh sanitizer or disinfectant and allows the liquid to be filled 3 mm below the tray s top edge. The capillary action assures that the tires get disinfected without becoming too wet, while a constant filling level is maintained by an overflow drain. ProfilGate DryZone ensures a dry shop floor. ProfilGate DryZone is frequently used in places where the contamination by fluids is especially undesirable or where it is prohibited due to accident prevention and workplace safety. The special open mesh flooring is covered with the unique DryPad. When driven on, this high performance fleece absorbs fluids such as water, emulsions, oils and more, providing reliable drying performance on the running surfaces of tires/rollers/wheels. The DryPad is an inexpensive consumable and should be replaced regularly. 12 ProfilGate för gångtrafik ProfilGate for pedestrians Nyhet/NEW ProfilGate är speciellt utvecklad för att aktivt göra rent skosulor i industrimiljöer. Borstarna på ProfilGate är 2 mm längre än hos övriga modeller. Detta gör att borstarna kommer åt och gör rent ända in i mönstret på arbetsskor. Vid passage fjädrar borstprofilen tillbaka och borstarna skrapar aktivt rent sulan. Om installationen är nedsänkt i golvet kan mindre fordon också passera. De grå borstarna ger ett neutralt intryck som passar in i de flesta miljöer. ProfilGate was especially invented for the active cleaning of soles within industrial environments. The bristles of ProfilGate are 2 mm longer than those within the other ProfilGate models. This assures that the bristles reach deep into the profiles of industrial safety shoes. When stepping onto the cleaning panel the inclined brushes descent, while actively scratching off the dirt. When embedded into the ground, ProfilGate can also be used with small hand-vehicles. The grey bristles assure a decent optical fit into most areas. 12

This allows to find the optimum configuration: For cleaning tires and soles, as well as disinfection or drying Installation can be done ground level or above ground, using ramp access For vehicles and pedestrians For dry- or wet-cleaning Det patenterade systemet Det patenterade systemet rengör slitbanan på däck, hjul och skosulor vid kontakt med de vinklade borstarna. The patented system The patented system removes actively dirt from tires, wheels and soles just by walking or driving over the panels. The altering angles of the special brushes and the inherent tension provides a sidewards diagonal movement that pushes the dirt off without the use of electricity. Enkel rengöring Systemet består av de patenterade borstarna som sitter i ett galler av varmgalvaniserat stål. Gallret är sedan placerat i ett tråg av rostfritt stål där smutsen samlas upp. Gallren kan enkelt lyftas upp vid rengöring. Smutsen som samlats upp i trågen kan snabbt och enkelt sugas upp med en industridammsugare. Easy to clean The system consists of metal grates (corrosion-protected) with patented brush strips and stainless steel capturing trays that automatically collect the dirt when the vehicles pass over it. For cleaning the grates can be removed easily. The collected dirt can be easily removed by using an industrial vacuum cleaner or broom. Individuell storlek på installationen Genom att kombinera segment i olika storlekar kan man alltid få en optimal anpassning av installationen. Längden på installationen avgör hur effektiv rengöringen blir. 17 Goda grunder för ProfilGate Good reasons for ProfilGate Nedsänkt eller upphöjt montage Rengöringstrågen monteras vanligen nedsänkt i golvet. Om installationen görs liggande på golvet måste rengöringstrågen nås via ramper. Genom att placera enheterna på strategiska platser där mycket trafik rör sig, får man en uppsamlingspunkt där smuts kontinuerligt samlas upp. High load-bearing capacity The cleaning trays can either be accessed via ramps, while the ideal case is an installation, embedded into the ground. By placing the units in strategic areas where the majority of traffic moves, it creates a dirt collection point where dirt is constantly collected. Hög bärförmåga Under utvecklingen av ProfilGate var vi noga med hitta en utformning som skulle tåla hög belastning under industriella förhållanden. Därför klarar även de lättaste modellerna av ProfilGate fordon med en totalvikt på 10 ton. En del varianter klarar dock fordon med en totalvikt ända upp till 40 ton. Hastigheten får ej överskrida 6 km/h vid passage. High load-bearing capacity During the development phase of ProfilGate we paid attention to achieve a design that allows high load-bearing under heavy industrial conditions. Even the light models of ProfilGate can be used by vehicles with a total weight of up to 10t. Heavier models allow even max. weights of up to 40t. The maximum speed of 6 km/h may not be exceeded while crossing the grates. Garanterad hållbarhet Vi erbjuder livstids garanti* på tråg och galler!
