1 SV/GB W MONTERINGSANVISNING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS SV: Kom enkelt igång Kontrollera att allt är med i leveransen och att det är helt. 2. Börja i ett städat rum. 3. Ha köksritningen inom räckhåll. 4. Ha de nödvändiga verktygen inom räckhåll. 5. Kontrollera väggarnas vinklar och golvets lutning. 6. Sortera papp och plast löpande. 7. Använd pappbitarna som skydd på golv och bänkskiva och till att ställa luckor, skåpsidor och lådor på. 8. Ta ut all inredning ur skåpen och ställ upp skåpen i den ordning du kommer att behöva dom. 9. Avsluta med att montera och justera luckor och lådor för att undgå att skada dom. 10. Se till att beställa och planera in de andra hantverkarna så du får en smidig montering av köket. GB: Getting started Check if the delivery is complete, and nothing has been damaged. 2. Start in a prepared room. 3. Keep the kitchen drawing within reach. 4. Keep the necessary tools within reach. 5. Check wall angles and floor slope. 6. Sort cardboard and plastics continuously. 7. Use the cardboard pieces to protect the floor and worktop and to place doors, cabinet sides and drawers on. 8. Take out all interiors and line up the units in the order you will need them. 9. Finish with the installation and adjustment of doors and drawers in order to avoid damages. 10. Make arrangements for the other craftsmen in order to make the installation as smooth as possible. Denna monteringsanvisning beskriver monteringen av båda systemen. Eftersom monteringsföljden för de 2 sockelsystemen inte är den samma, är det viktigt att du endast följer anvisningarna på de sidor som handlar om ditt sockelsystem. Några sidor beskriver endast den ena lösningen - vilket framgår av illustrationerna i höger hörn. Ifall illustrationen för ditt sockelsystem har ett svart kryss skall du hoppa över sidan och gå direkt till nästa sida. GB: The plinth forms the base of the kitchen installation. The kitchen units stand on the plinth, so it is very important that it is installed correctly. A slanting plinth will influence on the rest of the kitchen. There are two different plinth systems: Plinth legs or fixed plinth. These installation instructions describe the installation of both systems. As the installation order of those 2 plinth systems is not the same, it is important that you only follow the instructions on the pages concerning your plinth system. Check the illustration in the upper right hand corner - if the illustration concerning your system is marked with a black cross, ignore the page and continue to the next page. Vågrätta rör kan dras vid golvet upp till 100 mm från väggen vid fast sockel och under hela bänkskåpet vid sockelben. Var uppmärksam på sockelbenens placeringar och på ev montering av sockellådor. Bakom skåpen finns det plats att dra 15 mm sladdar sänkrätt. GB: All units are designed in a way that leaves room behind them for cables. Horizontal pipes can be led along the floor up to 100 mm from the wall when using fixed plinth and under the entire base unit when using plinth legs. Note the position of the base legs and possible plinth drawers. There is room for 15 mm vertical cables behind the wall units. Socklarna finns i olika höjder. Mått på luckorna anger luckhöjd. Lodrätta mått anger skåphöjden. Väggförstärkningarna är monterade efter en sockelhöjd på 16,6 cm. Vertical measurements specify the unit height. Wall reinforcement heights are based on a plinth height of 16.6 cm. 2

3 Förberedelser Preparations SV: För att uppnå det bäst möjliga resultat med dit kök, bör du göra rummet helt klart - innan du börjar montera. Väggar och tak skall putsas, tapetseras och/eller målas. Annars får du använda en del tid på att täcka etc. Det är viktigt att vara mycket noga med att få väggar och golv plana så ev snedheter och lutning inte kan förplanta sig till köket. Observera att skåp inte får förvaras eller monteras i rum med en relativ luftfuktighet över 75%. På motstående sida hittar du våra måttskisser. De första 2 visar servicezonerna bakom skåpen (för såväl sockelben som fast sockel). Tredje och fjärde skiss anger höjderna för upphängning av skåpen. Ifall du monterar dit kök med sockelben skall du gå direkt till sidan 8, när du är färdig med denna sida. Monterar du kök med fast sockel fortsätter du i stället till sidan 4. GB: To achieve the best results, prepare the room completely before you start installing - i.e. plaster, wallpaper and/or paint. Otherwise you will have a great deal of extra work in connection with masking and covering. It is important to take extra care to ensure that floor and walls are level, so that any irregularities will not affect the rest of the kitchen elements. Do not store or install cabinets in rooms with a relative humidity above 75%. On the opposite page you can see 4 sketches with dimensions. The first two show the service zones behind the units (for plinth legs as well as fixed plinth) the third and fourth illustrate the installation heights of the cabinets. If you are installing a kitchen with plinth legs, go directly to page 8 after finishing this page. If you are installing a kitchen with standard plinth - go to page 4 instead SV: Golvet kontrolleras med ett vattenpass på en lång rak bräda (en rätbräda). Kontrollera även om golv och väggar är torra, för at minimera risken för t ex fukt och svamp bakom skåpen. GB: Check the floor with a spirit level on a long, straight plank - a straight-edge. Check walls and floor for irregularities and correct these if necessary before installing the kitchen. Make sure that walls and floor are dry, in order to avoid damp and fungus forming behind the units. SV: Markera måtten för varje skåp på väggen - detta underlättar arbetet. Kontrollera att installationer för el, vatten och fläkt har dragits till de skåp där de skall användas. Jämför dina markeringar med din köks- och bänkskiveritning. GB: Mark the position of each unit on the wall - this will simplify your work. Check that installations for electricity, water and extractor hood are placed at the correct units. Compare your marks with your kitchen and worktop drawing. SV: Packa upp skåpen. I vissa skåp finns specifika monteringsanvisningar - leta reda på dessa. Alla levererade element och bänkskivor kontrolleras. Defekta delar får INTE monteras! GB: Unpack the units. Certain units have specific installation instructions - localize those. Förvara luckorna på en säker plats - och lägg papper mellan dom. Kom även ihåg att avmontera skyddlisterna under skåpen (se bild). 4 Sockel Plinth SV: Monterar du ett kök med sockelben skall du hoppa över denna sida och gå direkt till sidan 8. När du monterar ett kök med fast sockel, startar du med att montera sockeln, som skåpen sedan skall stå på. Sockeln består av sockelfront, bakstycke och tvärbitar som är försedda med pluggar och plugghål. Det kräver mycket precision och tålamod att montera en sockel eftersom snedheter på socklens överkant kommer att fortplanta sig till resten av köket. När du mäter upp och justerar sockeln skall du komma ihåg att ta höjd för ev sockellådor, specialskåp och liknande som kan påverka sockelns utformning. Det är dessutom viktigt att vara extra noga när du mäter upp till en ev hörnlösning. Jämför alltid ev separat monteringsanvisning för hörnskåpet. GB: If you are installing a kitchen with plinth legs - ignore this page and continue to page 8. When you are installing a kitchen on a fixed plinth - you install the plinth first. The plinth consists of plinth front, back plinth and transverse bars with dowels and dowel holes. Installing a plinth requires a great deal of precision and patience as any irregularity of the plinth top edge will affect the entire kitchen. When you are measuring and adjusting the plinth remember to take into account any plinth drawers, special units etc. as they will influence on the plinth shape. Furthermore, it is important to be extra accurate when you are measuring up for the corner installation. Remember to cut in the back plinth as well as in the plinth front. Observe the ventilation instructions for the refrigerator SV: Sockelgallret fästs i socklen med de tillhörande clipsen. GB: Attach the grid with the accompanying clips. SV: Montering av ev sockellåda: Sockelprofilerna fästs på sockellådan med en träbit. Profilerna skall placeras så de täcker ändkanterna på den angränsande sockelbiten. Profilerna skall monteras plant med lådfronten. Följ anvisningarna i den separat medföljande monteringsanvisning. GB: Plinth drawer: Attach the plinth profiles to the plinth drawer with a piece of wood. Make sure the profiles cover the end edge of the adjacent plinth. Install the profiles flush with the drawer front. Observe the separate installation instruction. SV: Sockellådan stöttas upp hela vägen runt så den är i våg och är plan med överkanten av de angränsande socklarna. GB: Block up the plinth drawer to make it level and flush with the upper edge of the adjoining plinths. 4

SV: Ifall golvet är snett anpassas sockelhöjden genom att markera snedheten längst ner på sockeln. Efterföljande sågas efter markeringen med en fin sågklinga och socklen kommer nu att passa mot golvet. GB: If the floor slopes, the plinth height is adjusted by marking the irregularity at the bottom of the plinth. Saw along the line with a fine-toothed saw, so that the plinth matches the slope of the floor. SV: Provsamla först sockeln och kontrollera att den är i våg. Samla och limma sedan ihop den. Det är en fördel att montera tvärbitarna turvis vågrätt och sänkrätt, då detta gör sockeln starkare. GB: Make a test assembly and check that the plinth is level. Then glue and assemble the sections. We recommend that the transverse bars are mounted alternately vertically and horizontally as this makes the plinth stronger SV: Fäst sockeln noga i golvet med möbelvinklar (eller med en träbit av restträ). GB: Secure the plinth carefully to the floor with angle brackets (or with a piece of wood). Place brackets every cm. Be careful not to damage hidden pipes when drilling. It is extremely important to continuously make sure the plinth is level. SV: Skruva ihop sockelns invändiga hörn för att uppnå högsta stabilitet. GB: Assemble the inside corners with screws for maximum stability. SV: Ifall du har beställt ugnsskåp med tillhörande låda under skåpet skall det monteras sockel på båda sidor av skåpet med medföljande beslag. Följ anvisningarna i den separat medföljande monteringsanvisning. GB: If you have ordered oven housing unit with drawer, remember to install a plinth section on both sides - with the accompanying fittings. Follow the separate installation instructions of the oven unit. 13 SV: Ugnsskåp med låda under skåpet: När sockeln har anpassats till ugnsskåpet kommer spånskivans kant att synas. Denna täcker du med den bifogade hörnprofilen - eller med kantband (kantband skall köpas separat). GB: Oven housing unit with drawer under the unit: When you have installed the plinth for the oven unit, the chipboard edge will be visible. Use the accompanying corner profile to cover it - or use edge foil (not included). 5

När sockeln har monterats och är i våg kan du börja montera bänkskåpen. Detta gör du genom att ställa upp bänkskåpen på sockeln. Börja alltid med hörnskåpet och arbeta utåt. Observera att det ofta medföljer en separat monteringsanvisning i hörnskåpen. I denna uppställning visas monteringen av ett cylinderskåp med karusell - ett så kallat Mondoskåp. Fastgör alltid skåpen till væggen. GB: If you are installing a kitchen with plinth legs - ignore this page and continue to p. 8. Once the plinth has been installed and is level you can start installing the base units. Place the base units on the plinth. Always start with the corner unit and work outwards. Note that not all corner units are installed with plinth legs. See the specific fitting instructions for this unit. SV: Avstånd till väggen vid hörnskåpet = 90,0 cm. Detta mäts från skåpsida till vägg. OBS! Innan de övriga skåpen monteras skall de medföljande framkantslister monteras på hörnskåpet (finns tillsammans med de övriga lösdelar). GB: Distance to the wall = 90.0 cm from unit side to wall. Note! Fit the enclosed front edges on the corner unit before you install the remaining units (are delivered together with the other spare parts). SV: Mondoskåpet justeras så den är i våg. Sockelbenen justeras lättast med en skruvmejsel genom skåpets botten. GB: Adjust the corner mondo to level. Adjust the plinth legs with a screw driver through the unit bottom SV: Mondoluckorna monteras. Vänta med att montera de övriga luckor till köket är färdigmonterat. GB: Mount the mondo doors. Do not mount any other doors before the kitchen installation has been completed. SV: Innan diskbänkskåpet sätts på plats skall bakstycket förborras för vattenrör och avlopp. Använd spadborr eller hålsåg och borra från bakstyckets framsida för att undgå att kanten flisar. Montera ballofixer när vaskskåpet är på plats. Kranen till aquastopp skall placeras sänkrätt av hänsyn till diskmaskinen. GB: Before the unit for sink installation is put in place, prepare the backboard for pipes. Use a spade drill or turning saw. Drill from the front. Position the unit and install the ballofix valves. Install the aqua stop tap vertically in consideration of the dishwasher. SV: Spänn ihop skåpen parvis med skruvtvingar. Kontrollera noga att skåpens sidor och botten är raka och sitter i samma höjd. Skruva ihop skåpen två och två - två skruvar framtill och två skruvar baktill - med 30 mm träskruvar eller tvådelade fogskruvar. GB: Tighten the units by pairs with clamps. Check carefully that the sides and bottoms of the units are straight and flush. Screw the units together two by two - two screws at the front and two at the back - with 30 mm screws or twopiece assembly screws. 6

7 7 8 9 SV: Önskar du att fästa bänkskåpen extra bra kan du fästa dom i väggen med vinkelbeslag eller skruva dom direkt på baksidan (kan även användas till högskåp). Den vita metallribban längst fram i vaskskåpet kan avmonteras tillfälligt så den inte sitter i vägen under montering av vask och bänkskiva. GB: If you want to secure the base units even better, use angle brackets or screw directly into the rear section (even suitable for tall units). If necessary, you can remove the front metal bar from the sink unit for better access during installation of sink and worktop. SV: Högskåpet placeras på sockeln och fästs till väggen genom metallribban (denna levereras separat till skåp till inbyggnad av vitvaror). Önskar du att fästa högskåpet extra kan du montera vinkel. Kontrollera om skåpet är i våg innan du fäster det i väggen. GB: Place the tall unit on the plinth and secure it to the wall through the metal bar (in case of housing units for refrigerators this bar is supplied separately). If you want to secure the tall unit even better, you can use an angle. Remember to check if the unit is level, before you secure it to the wall. SV: Avsluta med en passbit mellan det sista skåpet och väggen. Passbiten kan monteras med skruvar eller ett universalbeslag som gör det möjligt att placera passbiten 13 mm framför stomkanten. Beslaget skall beställas separat och skall monteras innan skåpet monteras på sockeln. GB: Finish with a filler panel between the last unit and the wall. The filler panel can be installed using screws or a universal fitting that makes it possible to install the filler panel flush with the front. I denna uppställning visas monteringen av ett cylinderskåp med karusell - ett så kallat Mondo-skåp. Fastgör alltid skåpen till væggen. Remember to turn the plinth leg sockets so that there is space for the plinth when this is installed. The filler panel can be installed using screws or a universal fitting that makes it possible to install the filler panel flush with the front. The fitting must be ordered separately and should be installed before the unit is installed on the plinth. 12 Bänkskiva Worktops SV: Innan du monterar bänkskivan skall du kontrollera att skåpen är i våg och att bänkskivan passar på bänkskåpen. Vid alla bänkskivor skall den medlevererade monteringsanvisning följas. Beakta även särskild skötselanvisning för massiva bänkskivor eller laminatbänkskivor med träkanter. Var mycket noggran vid skarvning av bänkskivor. Följ anvisningarna för skarvning noga då garantin inte gäller ifall det tränger in vatten vid fogar/skarvar. Bildserien nedan visar monteringsproceduren för en laminatbänkskiva. GB: Before installing the worktop, check that the units are level and that the worktop matches the base units. Always install worktops as described in the fitting instructions that come with the worktops. Also note the special maintenance instructions for solid wood worktops and laminate worktops with wooden edges. Take extra care when joining worktops. Follow the instructions closely as there otherwise is no guarantee against water penetration at joints. This page describes the installation procedures of a laminate worktop SV: Innan du börjar montera bänkskivan skall du kontrollera om den är oskadd och att måtten stämmer. SV: När laminat- och träbänkskivor ska fästas är det bäst att montera vinklar i bakkanten innan bänkskivan läggs på. GB: When securing laminate and wood worktops, it is best to fit angle fittings at the back edge before putting the worktop in position. 12

Det skall altid vara möjligt att komma åt spännbeslagen från skåpens insida - där de även skall spännas (se bild 9). Tillgången till spännbeslagen är viktig i samband med garanti och service. GB: At the worktop joints you cut/drill holes for the worktop fittings. Make sure that you can always gain access to the fittings from the inside of the units - where you even tighten them (illus. 9). The access to the fittings is very important in case of guarantee or service. SV: Applicera förseglingsmassan och pressa ihop bänkskivorna. Förseglingen är speciellt viktig i den övre del av spånskivan - närmast laminatytan. GB: Apply the sealing mass and press the worktops together. Sealing is particularly important on the upper part of the chipboard - closest to the laminated surface. SV: Spänn beslagen växelvis (från skåpens insida). Vid korrekt skarvning pressas förseglingsmassan uppåt. GB: Tighten the fittings alternately (from inside the units). A correct joint will press the sealing mass upwards SV: Mondo-hörnskåpet som monteras i detta kök är inte försedd med topp. Vi rekommenderar därför att säkra skarven på bänkskivan ytterligare med ett spikbeslag som monteras över skarven - på bänkskivans undersida. Spikbeslag kan köpas i alla byggvarumarknader. GB: The mondo corner unit has no top. We therefore recommend that you secure the worktop further with a studding over the joint - under the worktop. Studs are available at all DIY centres. SV: Överflödig förseglingsmassa kan t ex tas bort med en pappbit. Dra från bakkant mot framkant. Ev rester kan tas bort med vatten och diskmedel innan massan har torkat helt. GB: Remove surplus sealing mass with a piece of cardboard or similar. Pull from the back edge to the front edge. Further surplus can be removed with soapy water. SV: Bänkskivan skruvas fast i de förborrade hålen (se bild 5). Använd ev skruvtvingar om nödvändigt. Ifall du tidigare tog bort metallribban från vaskskåpet för att underlätta arbetet med bänkskivan är det en fördel att montera den igen nu. Montera eventuellt med vinklar bak i skåpet. GB: Screw the worktop into the pre-drilled holes (illus 5). Use clamps if necessary. If the metal bar in the sink unit was previously removed, it will be an advantage to reinstall it now. Use angle fittings at the back of the unit if necessary SV: Bänkskivan fästs i bakkant med hjälp av vinklar (se ev. bild 6). GB: The worktop is affixed at the back edge using angle brackets (se picture 6). SV: Lister till väggpanel eller bakkantlister monteras med silikon som skyddar mot vatteninträngning. Observera! Vid bänkskivor med träbakkant skall förseglingsmassan dessutom appliceras mellan bakkant och vägg. GB: Install the wall panel strips or raised beadings with silicone to prevent water penetration. Note! In case of worktops with wooden upstands the sealing material must also be applied between the upstand and the wall. 13

14 Montering av spots på väggskåp Installing spots in wall units SV: Ifall du har beställt väggskåp som förborrats för spots är det lättast att montera spotten innan skåpen monteras på väggen. På denna sida beskrivs montering av spots under och inne i väggskåp. Vit lampbyte är det mycket viktigt att den nya lampan har den styrka som anges på sockeln. Det är rekommenderat att använda lampor från erkända tillverkare. GB: If you have ordered wall units prepared for spots, we recommend that you install the spots before installing the units on the wall. This page explains how to install spots under and inside wall units. When replacing bulbs it is very important to use bulbs with the rating specified on the light unit. It is recommended that bulbs from recognised manufacturers be used SV: Montering av spots under väggskåp: Börja med att såga ut för sladd i bakstycket. GB: Installing spots under wall unit: Begin by cutting out a groove for wires in the backboard. Sladdlisten trycks på plats (liten bild) och skåpet vänds så att det kan monteras ljus inuti skåpet. GB: Installing spots under wall unit: Fasten the spots in the pre-marked holes with the accompanying screws. Then screw on the glass ring. This also applies for installations inside the units. Press the wire cover list into position (small illus.) and turn the unit so that you can install spots in it. SV: Montering av spots invändigt i väggskåp: Invändiga spots i skåp monteras (se liten bild) och väggskåpet är nu klart till att det kan dras sladdar på baksidan. GB: Installing spots inside wall unit: Install integrated spots in the unit (small illus.). Now you can draw wires along the back of the unit SV: Borra hål till sladden i bakribban i skåpets överdel. Använd en 6-8 mm borr. GB: Drill a hole for the wire through the rear bar in top of the unit. Use a 6-8 mm drill. SV: Dra sladden igenom hålet. Kom ihåg att montera stick på sladdarnas ändor. På så sätt undgår du att kopplingsdosan skadas - och sladdarna ger bättre anslutning. GB: Draw the wire through the hole. Remember to attach plugs to the ends of the cables. This will prevent damage to the junction box and the connection will be better. SV: Spottens topp monteras, sladd-listen trycks på plats, sladdarna samlas och dras snyggt längs skåpets bakkant. Skåpet kan nu monteras på väggen. GB: Install the spot top, press on the wire cover, gather the wires and draw them neatly along the rear edge of the unit. You can now install the unit on the wall. 14

15 Montering af väggskåp Installing wall units SV: Högskåpen avgör placeringen av väggskåpen, då väggskåpens överkant skall vara plan med högskåpens överkant. Se även måttskiss på sidan 2. Vägg- och toppmonterade skåp skall fastgöras ordentligt och det är därför ytterst viktigt att du kontrollerar väggarnas lämplighet, så att du väljer rätt beslag och metod. Detta är viktigt om skåpen senare skall kunna tåla den belastning som de kommer att utsättas för. Du kan hänga upp dina väggskåp på tre olika sätt: - Skruvmontering genom list till vägg - montering se sidan 15 + nederst på sidan Upphängningslister i trä (måste beställas) - montering se sidan 15 + nederst på sidan 17 - Väggupphängssystem (måste beställas) - montering se sidan GB: The tall units determine the height of the wall units as their top must be flush with the top of the tall units. Also see the dimensioned sketches on page 2. Wall units and top hinged units must be firmly secured, and it is very important that you check the suitability of the walls to be able to choose the correct fitting s and installation method. This is to ensure that the units will stand up to the load they will have to bear. Wall units may be mounted in three different ways: - Screw into the wall through the rail - se p. 15 and the bottom of p. 17 for installation. - Use wooden rails (ordered seperately) - see p. 15 and the bottom of p. 17 for installation - Wall fitting system (ordered seperately) - se p for installaation. skruvmontering/screw into the wall skruvmontering/screw into the wall skruvmontering/screw into the wall Distanslister Distance supports SV: Vid montering av väggskåp (som börjar i hörnet) skall dessa placeras så de hänger plant med högskåpen - i samma höjd. GB: When you install wall units, always start in the corner and make sure the units are flush with the top of the tall units. We recommend that you measure up distance supports and place the units on them (see illus). Make sure the units are level. 18 Inredning Interior SV: Det finns ett stort urval inom inredningar och tillbehör till ditt nya kök. En del av inredningarna har monterats från fabrik, medan andra delar monteras efter att köket har satts upp. Följ dessutom ev medföljande monteringsanvisningar. GB: There is a wide range of interiors and accessories for your new kitchen. Some of the interiors have been installed before delivery; others must be fitted after the kitchen has been installed. Follow the specific instructions - if any SV: Montering av väggpanel: Bottenskenan monteras mot bänkskivan. För att hindra vatteninträngning används silikon mellan bänkskivan och bottenskenan. SV: Färdigställ väggpanelen genom att täcka ändkanten med de medföljande svarta plast-clips. GB: Finish the wall panel by covering the edge with the enclosed black plastic clips. GB: Install the top rail in the same way as the bottom rail (se illus. 1). The top rail is important as it makes it possible to remove the wall panel later - if necessary. Push the wall panel upwards into the top rail and then press it into the accessory rail at the bottom to make it fall into position. 18

Please pay attention to the placing of long handles to avoid conflict between handles. You must at least be able to open the doors SV: Kontrollera noga om handtaget kan sitta som önskat innan du förprickar eller borrar. Borra för handtag med en 4,5 mm borr. Bäst resultat uppnås med borr med spets. Håll en träbit mot luckans baksida när du borrar, så ytan inte flisar sig. 20 Sockel Plinth SV: Monterar du ett kök med fast sockel skall du inte använda denna sida - den gäller endast kök med sockelben. Det sista som skall monteras i ditt kök är sockeln. Var mycket noga när du kapar de olika sockellängder och höjder. Sockel och luckor monteras först när golvet har lagts. Vi rekommenderar att golvet läggs ända fram till sockelbenen och ända till bakväggen vid diskmaskinen. Vid flytande golv är det nödvändigt med luft mellan golv och sockelben så att golvet kan arbeta. Följ alltid golvleverantörens anvisningar. GB: If you are installing a kitchen with fixed plinth, just ignore this page, as it only concerns kitchens with plinth legs.
