21 The Constructive Dialogue in Malmö Sustinability agreement Ecological aspects - Low energy use (Total energy use, including household electricity may not surpass 120 kwh/m2/bra temp/year). - Sound indoor environment through moisture control and the minimisation of hazardous materials (the so called BASTA-system). - Minimum green space factors.. - Specific green measures to enhance urban biological diversity. - Waste separation close to the dwellings collection points at each courtyard. Economical aspects - Rental apartments to be let at a reasonable cost. (Omkring 1300 kr/m2/år, 2008). Social aspects - Basic design of dwellings that facilitates living at different stages of life. It should be possible to live here for a long time. Requirements beyond national legislation. Safety the area is designed and planned to create a safe local environment.
